Stopped by to grab a sandwich for a late lunch. Got all the way home and had to drive twelve miles back because the sandwich was UNACCEPTABLE. I was asked “did I not want my sandwich shredded. That if you don’t pay attention the machine will shred the meat.” Ummm this is not shredded. I’m not exactly sure what to call it but THIS is definitely not shredded. I was HIGHLY disappointed today.

First time visiting this location (6/30/23 @ 10:25 P.M.) and the last. Very rude overweight woman working the drive thru. I asked if the lobby was still open because I was picking up for a doordash and her immediate response was ” ITS CLOSED! IT’S PAST TEN ITS ALWAYS CLOSED YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS!!!” Very uncalled for angry yelling response to someone who has never even visited your store as I am not from the area. This person really shouldn’t be working the drive thru or any customer service job for that matter. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. So I’ll just do it here MINUS FIVE STARS!!!!!

Drive thru staff displayed awful customer service. She was short, and didnt seem to care that she was rude. We’re senior citizens and were left speechless by her forgotten customer service training. It’s no wonder there were no customers in the lobby or in our drive thru line. Poor reflection on management at that location

Always a delicious go to would be the french dip, a cheesy and meaty masterpiece. Jalapeno poppers with the sweet cowboy sauce that tastes like a cherry pie filling is also a sumptuous delight! Watch out if you get anything fried from here, the grease is dirty.
