The food was absolutely delicious. I would recommend both the Texas Tray and the Smoked Turkey sandwich on a pretzel roll. At first glance I thought I was getting a lettuce sandwich with little Turkey, but there ended up being just enough Turkey on there to balance it out perfectly. The smoked Mac and cheese was also very good. The restaurant was clean and I loved the music and environment. Note: The Texas Tray is definitely enough food for two people. Highly recommend!

My first time here. Won’t be my last! You can smell the BBQ the moment you walk in. The restaurant is spotless and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The meal I got had generous portions and was delicious! The prices were very fair considering the quality of the food and portion sizes. I got a pulled pork sandwich with enough meat for two sandwiches!

Here in PA visiting from upstate NY. We were excited to find BBQ place. It was great. Cozy, country atmosphere, food amazing, wait staff, warm and inviting. So much food we couldn’t eat it all. Multiple staff checked on us several times. Would definitely recommend it. Wish we had BBQ like this near us.

Got taken out for an early Father’s Day dinner. We tried the Texas Tray, which was a half rack of ribs, pulled pork, and sausage. We also got cheese fries and slaw. Very good. As usual, the service was excellent, even as it was getting crowded for the Friday night dinner rush. Always love going to Redemption BBQ.

Maps suggested this for barbecue as a short detour off the highway with my kids. The kids menu offerings were excellent, they had a pair of pulled pork sliders – so juicy and the 1/3 rack ribs which were similarly good. Mac’n’cheese and fries as sides were great. I had the brisket sandwich which was a little dry, the shanty beans with it were great though. Wouldn’t hesitate to come again if I’m out this way.

My favorite spot when I have them pit smoked cravings. It’s a must have and well worth the trip. More food then most can handle for the price. Meaning if you buy a 25 dollar Texas tray. Your getting enough to feed 3 normal size adults. The hostess and the atmosphere makes you feel like your in Texas. The energy here is well worth the travel if your from out of town.

it was my first time at Redemption. I got the pulled chicken sandwich with shanty beans and mac and cheese. the chicken was pretty dry and there were a bunch of bones that I had to dig out. the beans were good and the mac and cheese was decent. I got my son chicken tenders and they were overcooked.
