We were from out of town stopped by to grab a quick bite on the way back home. The cashier pretty certain didn’t say a word the entire time we put in our order to the point when we got it. He just stood there looking very unhappy. It was a wait for something that clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp for what appeared to be days. I got a wrap and it was stuck to the paper. Ended up stopping by a gas station for just chips. I wouldn’t recommend this burger king honestly.

Okay I ordered a medium size fry and the fries were hard and old and disgusting.. I just left there and I didn’t want to make a big deal about it at all because whoever the window person was she was really sweet made sure I had everything I needed no biggie but the fries were old stale and disgusting and my bun on my burger on the outside was hard like it has been sitting all day out of the package.. I myself work in a fast food restaurant and I never make a big deal out of nothing but someone needs to make sure that they aren’t serving fries that taste bad or old or stale.. Like i said no biggie..

Had sausage and egg croissant. Was good as usual. Young lady at the window was courteous. OnlY real complaint is the speaker you order at before driving up to the window is very garbled sounding, and makes it hard to order. After a couple of repeats, we were able to finally understand each other enough for me to order what I wanted.

FAKE BURGER NO FLAME BROILED TASTE AT ALL… IT WAS TERRIBLE. Well we can complain all we want no one in upper management never listens 2nd for one the colored female with the metal braces in her mouth very bad customer service skills didn’t pay attention to what I ordered and we didn’t whoppers they gave us the impossible burger it was very disappointing dry and chewy. Pickles were sweet and ketchup but, everytime I visited this burger King its always a true disappointment this time with both the food and customer service we were not the only customers that were not satisfied They COULD REALLY USE TRAINING FROM THE BURGER KING ON OLIVE STREET IN PINE BLUFF,ARKANSAS!!!

Sad to see these people accept the fact that they are lazy and be ok with it!
