Pulled up and was told they were only taking doordash and mobile orders. And had to sit in line 30 mins to even leave because we couldn’t get out. The manager got on the speaker when I asked for a manager. I asked where the gm would be in she said what. I asked again. She said tonight. 8/26/23. Rude and ghetto 3:50 pm. Should not be a shift manager!!!! Period.

This Taco Bell on 15th is almost never busy anymore. Which I do not understand. Been early (9A) late at night and just now. 5:30PM, dinner time. Food is always fresh, quick and staff is consistently friendly. We used to only eat it a few times a year. But we get it every couple of weeks. Never disappointed! Highly recommended!!

This night shift Manager replaced an order that the 15th street Taco Bell would NOT!!! She also explained to me that Taco Bells here STILL have the SAME district Manager therefore it should not have mattered where I went to get HOT food from it should have been handled accordingly!! I’m a customer but I promise customer service these days MATTER & unless employees, MANAGERS included start to realize that & get back to making customers feel like they matter, they will fail!! Not a wish, A KNOWN FACT! I REFUSE TO Patronize 15th street taco bell ever again & I’ll recognize no one else I know does either!! This matter had me HOT HOT!! So I respectfully Thank this Taco Bell for making it better!

I rarely get fast food, and almost never actually like it when I do. But an employee taking orders at the drive-through window here– SONIA — made this a delightful stop! She was so friendly and happy, she made me smile big. I might go back just hoping to see her. This place has nice, neat landscaping, and it is easy to drive through or park with such large lot space. Employees were masked. Yep, the food was fine too. ✌❤

Started to get food from this location today (July 31, 2023) between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. Changed our minds when we saw one of the staff members sitting outside taking a smoke break. The worker took his/her shoe and sock off, then proceeded to touch and smell his/her feet before going back inside the restaurant.

The manager at this location makes sure everything is done properly. Staff is friendly and helpful and no issues are found with the food. I just wish they had highchairs for babies.
