If closing time is 9 why would employees work to ensure the store is closed prior to 9? While entering the store at 8pm (an hour before said closing) employees had the entire store broken down with many items unavailable prior to ordering. After ordering and seat taken the soda machine was already cut off and many of the soda options broken down. In my previous experience running a store we were never allowed to break down to this capacity prior to closing. A store should always look ready for customers up until closing time. Just goes to show either how management isn’t paying employees to work passed a certain time or employees are trying to leave minutes after the closing sign comes on. Either way there’s cameras for a reason so review these and ensure proper closing procedures are put into place.

Ate hear a few times all seemed fair. Got a honey sesame chicken bowl with super veggies today. There were 6 pieces of chicken. Not big ones mind you all but one was the size of a nickel if it was a sphere. Not cool..

In Spartanburg traveling for work. Panda Express is not always great. Always expensive. This location today had some issue with the guy ahead of me. Good thing I was on a biz- call and didn’t care. The guy behind me was PO. Trapped. Food was warm, not hot? Sat in parking lot to eat. And forgot my soy sauce? Fried rice was weak.

There was a 15 minute wait in the drive thru with only one vehicle in front of me. At the window, they proceeded to round up my order even though I had declined. I do not condone charging people for something they respectfully. I recommend that you confirm the amount you are being charged.

We ate there yesterday and it was great. The store was clean and the people who work there were working their tails off to get everyone’s order out and keep the customers satisfied. Alexis was clearly in charge and she never stopped moving the entire time we were there. She was either taking and filling orders herself, or she was talking to and teaching her team about how things should be done. She even came out and asked how everything was at our table. If she isn’t the manager, she should be.

We went through the drive thru after a night of sports with our children and trying to find something on the way home. We placed a family pack order and were asked to pull up; after waiting for around 15 minutes, the manager, Alexis came out and offered us something to drink. She explained that family packs were cooked fresh and everything was about to come out and asked if we would like sauce and accommodated us for our wait. We had never been before this. She was phenomenal and so welcoming. After she walked away I looked up their hours and realized they closed in 30 minutes but she not once made us feel like an annoyance. She brought us our drinks and gave us a variety of their sauces since we had not previously been along with our food; which was hot and smelled amazing. We got home and we’re not disappointed. Everything tasted wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back. Even our pickest eater child loved the food!

I would like to shout the young lady in drive thru Saturday August 5th. There was a couple things I wanted but I was going to have to wait for them to be fresh. She asked why I was I didn’t want to wait on the food because the food is cooked fresh. I expressed to her that my wife was in the hospital and I had just gotten off work and I was just trying to get to my wife. She got me one of the items I wanted whose was the spring rolls. I appreciate her going above and beyond for me. I think her name tag said Beyonce!! Thanks so much!!
