Rude phone service. I tried to place a phone order and was trying to stay under $30. After I placed the original order the price came to $40 (maybe their Facebook menu is out of date?) so I tried to change to a smaller size. That’s when he seemed to get irritated and instead of changing to the smaller size he added a 3rd pizza thus increasing the total. I said “I don’t want another pizza I want the second pizza a smaller size.” He then snapped at me “That’s not what you said!”. That did it. I said “Well I seem to be inconveniencing you with my order so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again.” Looking at Google and Facebook reviews I don’t seem to be alone with this type of complaint.

Extremely Rude on the phone was going to still order once I placed my order he was still extremely rude even though I’ve done nothing wrong. Sorry your “busy” and you can’t handle the value. I made sure to cancel my order and I’ll let my friends know it’s not a good place to go extremely Rude. If the service is that bad Wonder about the food?! Also on your answering service might be nice to change it from saying your closed then the hours. To Maybe saying, Hay if your getting this machine we are experiencing hi call value please call back in 5-10 minutes. That way the customer knows.

called to place order for 4 pizzas. Adult, not a kid, answered the phone and was so rude during the call that I ended up canceling the order and stating my own “rude” words. Do not support a business that treats customers poorly.

Dropped in on the town of Fruitport. While the original restaurant we planned to eat at was closed, we spotted this little hidden gem, so apond entering we noticed that is really isn’t setup for dine in customers, but the owner clean off a table that held all the advertising and flyer stuff and allowed us to sit and eat in. We both ordered Subs and we were glad we did, they were awesome, the bread was toasted perfectly, the stuffing was hot and fresh.

We tried calling over 10x on a Saturday night over two hours before close but no one ever answered the phone. Ordered from somewhere else instead but we’re bummed because we looked forward to trying them. I see that others have had similar experiences here. That’s unfortunate.
