The Columbiana ohio location is easily the worst pizza hut location to order pizza from. The food is never cooked long enough leaving the crust doughy. And the sauce is always way too much making the pizza a sloppy mess. Even when I say under special instructions easy on the sauce and cook well done. I am leaving this review because it’s not just a one time thing. This happens every time I order here. Maybe get some better quality employees or turn up the oven temp. So it actually cooks the food…. Gross!

If you want good pizza hut go to the salem location. The Columbiana location is terribly inconsistent. And most of the time they won’t even cook your food long enough and serve you a doughy mess. I imagine it’s a problem with management not caring about Thier job. I would fire them all and hire a whole new crew. Disgusting food.

Can’t tell ya if it’s good or bad because the hours posted on the door say they’re open until 10 or 11… not sure which but I know it wasn’t 8:00, when we were there. The doors were locked with prob 20 people in the dining room.

We were seated quickly and got our food after not too long, but after that our server forgot about us. He didn’t come back to check on us, offer us refills on our water, or bring the bill – we had to go up to the counter to request it. There was only 1-2 other tables of people there besides us, so they weren’t all that busy either. Food was good though.
