I have been to this place before. This location is so gross. They don’t wear hair nets and hair gets in the food. The audacity of them! They don’t even like to give you your money back. Managers and GMs need to do a better job of providing safe food for customers!

We had curly hair that looked like pubic hair in our food(NASTY). I called and spoke to the GM and he was so unprofessional. I had to argue with the man to get a refund. His workers wear hats with hair protruding down—not hair nets. Hair hanging on shirts that is not contained is essentially defeating the purpose of a hair net. We made two trips up to the store and he wanted me to make a third trip to bring back the food we tossed. We were not told to bring the food back when I called the first time. The GM said, “it is only hair”– WOW. Where are the food inspectors? The only good experience was the first guy who took my call. He was so kind. He should train the GM on customer service.

HORRIBLE There was a curly piece of hair in my food and it looked like pubic hair …NASTY NASTY NASTY We went back to get a refund and the GM didn’t even want to give us one. He went back and forth with my mom justifying the fact that it was just a small thing and that it was ONLY a piece of hair. He even lied by saying ALL his employees wear hair nets but they don’t. They wear hats with their hair down. What sense does that make???? Eventually we got our refund back after we had to convince him how unsanitary this whole experience was. I am now paranoid to even eat here anymore. Makes me sick…
