My first impression of Montegrillo was the amazing smell of their kitchen before you even get to the door A++ with one whiff, I knew I had to come in to get a bite. Oh boy, did they live up to my expectations. With our family being from Brooklyn, NY the home of the greatest pizzerias (in my opinion).Needless to say we are picky about our pizza. Montegrillo is on our must return list.

First time here. Went bc a fb friend posted some strong positive statements along side some gorgeous pics of pizza from this place. I’ve never heard of the place so I was intrigued….and I wasnt disappointed. Great food for a good price; And the pizza slices had a nice crispy undercarriage just as I hoped and liked! That chicken Alfredo slice was insane! And the hoagie… So refreshing 🙂 I’ll think of this place again when it come time to eat like this.

Pizza – both the pan and Sicilian pizzas are really good and on point. Unfortunately, the regular crust pizzas are sometimes inconsistent as far as crusts go – one week burnt and too crisp, the next week fine. The “grandma pie” is my favorite!
