I ordered the create your own ramen twice now, both times were great. I got tonkotsu broth because I think you can tell a lot about a ramen spot by their tonkotsu broth. I really liked it, I liked how you can make your bowl custom to your preferences and the broth was rich and delicious like you’d expect of Tonkotsu. I’m only taking a star off because the ramen doesn’t come with an egg and you have to pay extra for it. I feel like ramen isn’t complete without an egg. But thats a personal preference I guess. Def give it a shot.

I’m sorry. But I can never recommend this place to anyone. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and have been disappointed. The first time was okay so I gave it a second try. This time it was not good at all. I can’t tell if the chicken was over or under cooked, but it had a pinkish color and was rubbery. The broth had little to no flavor, it taste like water with very little salt. The broth is primary in ramen and the chicken katsudon was secondary. Both were messed up badly I basically could not finish my meal.

I’ve ordered from this place through delivery apps several times. They have great rice bowls, sushi, and appetizers! Im not sure about in restaurant but online through postmates they have great deals like buy one get one on rotating menu items. I don’t understand the low ratings because I’ve only ever had good experiences from here!
