The staff at this location was phenomenal. We hadn’t even finished placing our order and our cold brew coffee was already on the counter for us. The staff were professional, thanked us, and told us to please come again. I’m pretty sure the clerk taking our order was a teen and we just aren’t used to teens being so respectful.

Service is always good with no errors so far. Dunkin is pretty much ” what you see is what you get”. Don’t expect gourmet. Donuts are always good – I like the strawberry sprinkles. My coffee is generally inconsistent but it’s still good.

Ok dd. Didn’t get our coffees correct asked for a black cold brew gave us an ice coffee with foam on top but there is worst things in life to complain about. We were on vacation and don’t have to go here everyday like we do to the one by us. Kids liked the donuts so that was a plus!

Staff needs to be taught how to interact with customers. Both staff members I dealt with were unkempt and rude. Maybe the drive-thru staff was nicer. Will try that next time.

The food and coffee was great. The only reason the rating is three stars is for the food, whoever the lady that seemed to be in charge(Dark brown hair in a bun) was so disrespectful towards the workers. I felt so bad for them as it happened multiple times towards different workers. As a customer I don’t want to hear that and probably neither do the workers.

The only reason I put 4 stars is because their music is too loud. A coffee shop should be a great place to study and unfortunately the music is at a level where you can’t focus on much else besides the music. But their service and food are fantastic, very nice people too. God Bless:)
