They do not know how to make Peanut Buster Parfaits. No flip on top. Girl took my order and stood at kitchen window for several minutes talking to cook before making my order. 3 stars as the place was clean and the kid who gave me my order was nice.

Every time we come here we wait a very long time. We were here two days ago and there was 1 car in front of us in the drive through and we waited for 35 minutes. We literally started keeping track of time because of how long it was taking. Then when I got my chicken sandwich I took a bite out of it and it was gray…..like literally gray and hard as a rock. So I definitely couldn’t eat that, I’m pregnant also so that was extremely dangerous for me. Whenever we get ice cream, it’s fine, not the best presentation, but it’s hard to mess up ice cream. However, the food itself is getting borderline dangerous. Really bummed too because I used to love the chicken here, but I just can’t trust it now.

No supervisor on staff Wednesday evening (6-21-23). We waited 30minutes for 6 piece chicken strip basket and 2 Blizzards. I went to the counter and picked dinner up. It was cold, ate the chicken tossed the fries.Asked the kids making ice cream treats why they weren’t delivering them to the tables. With a smart mouth attitude the young man’s retort was “It’s not my job”.There were half a dozen melted Blizzards and 3 dripping cones.

The girl who took my order at the drive thru came on and asked for my order and then asked me to hold and I did for 5 minutes before she came back on to take my order and I ordered 4 chicken STRIPS baskets and 1 of the chicken strips look like a CHICKEN NUGGET. I thought because I ordered 4 chicken strips basket that was causing the delay but… NOPE my food was cold when I opened it to taste as I was leaving the drive thru… IT LITERALLY TOOK 17 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD WITH 2 CARS IN FRONT OF ME. VERY POOR,POOR,POOR DRIVE THRU TIME AND SERVICE.

We ordered 2 meals and a blizzard, totaling just under $30. We waited in the line for 30 minutes behind 2 cars and there was no one in the dining room. Our food was cold by the time we got through and they forgot our ice cream until we said something about it. No napkins and all we got was a “sorry bout that wait.” Thoroughly disappointed in this visit. Will not be returning anytime soon.

45 minute wait for 2 blizzards, a cupfection and a banana split. No one was ahead of us in line, so the wait was not expected. Then they blocked part of the dining room, but that was the side with the bathrooms. Then the workers walked around trying to figure out where they had forgotten random blizzards. Food was good once we got it.
