The food is stale. The staff is rude. I ordered a black bean Chalupa and that Chalupa bread must have been sitting out in the open for days because it was dry, crusty, and hollow. Their grill was broken too. I think it’s run so badly because it’s in the “hood”. People in the hood deserve good service and fresh food just like anybody else. I honestly will never go back there again. I didn’t even bother to complain about the food because I know it would have been an argument. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone got hepatitis from that location.

My mother likes KFC I like tacos so it makes sense to go to the KFC taco bell combo store but this one on broad street is the worst ever and should be closed!!!!!! I’ve been to them 5 times in 2 mths and never can get anything they either not selling taco even went one time and they didn’t have chicken next 2 times the system was down and they made us sit in line didn’t even tell is I was in line 15mins until everybody just left I will never go back there burnt me enough times and I don’t usually do this but I’m fed all the way up they need to refund my gas money which isn’t cheap wasting my time

Order via ubereats, nearly $100 order, they told the delivery driver they were “almost closed” and never made our order, waited over an hour, then lied to the driver and said we cancelled the order, when the status was still under being prepared…then it was mysteriously canceled…awful service

I have order Mexican pizza and specifically told them not have meat on it but on half of pizza had a beans and on other half there was a meat but I didn’t realize there was meat on until I had second piece so went back in side and told them that they put meat on it and I told them that I want me refund back the manager refused to gave me refund back
