Service – great waitress. She did really well. Food – I had a Merica burger & fries. It was pretty good. I would go back and get again. Atmosphere – the place was clean. However, the walls need something. They were plain wood walls that tend to cause an echo. The place is similar to fat heads. It’s a nice touch for our area.

My fiancé and I tried Tinwood for the first time today, (10/24/19) and I cannot express just how impressed we are. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. Our food – delicious! Served quickly, & cooked to perfection. We ordered an appetizer of fried pickle spears, absolutely divine, and the sauce was out of this world, it has a little kick to it, but nothing crazy. (Trust me, I’m not one for spicy things.)

Definitely a favorite of ours!!! Great atmosphere where we can take our kids who are picky yet ask to visit everyday! We’ve also enjoyed nights out with friends at tinwood. Owners are awesome. Never a problem with service. 5 stars is not enough!!!

The food was great. Drinks on point but had more than just one unwelcoming experience. Definitely needs to be worked on. I usually never write bad reviews on places because I myself work customer service but it was pretty bad. It is key to have good customer service because that ultimately will be the thing to bring people back most of all. I still will be coming back i dont absolutely hate it dont get me wrong, just hoping in the future for better service.
