You need to like the atmosphere of a bit of a dive bar (we went on a karaoke night late) I think it is fun. I had wings that were dry but my wife had the haddock which was a total surprise and super tasty. Burgers are good too and the pizza was decent though not fancy Italian wood oven pizza style. Then again the price was really good.

If you order take out double check your order before you leave. Twice I’ve ordered take out and when I returned home found that a turkey ranch wrap had dried out and overcooked turkey (rubbery), a tiny bit of ranch almost undetectable. Everything else was missing. For someone with dietary restrictions this was not balanced and I was unable to eat all of it. My previous experiences were good but the staff must have changed.

We stopped here for lunch after a hike to the summit of Sawyer Mt. We loved the Ruben dog and the mushroom Swiss burger. The sweet potato fries and onion rings were great. Our waitress was the sister of the owner and we had a delightful conversation with her. Great fun!

Our food was fabulous, haddock Ruben sandwich, haddock sandwich, and baked haddock. Yes, they serve more than haddock. Great beer selection. Wait staff was wonderful. She did a great job!

i got food poisoning from their fried food a few years ago only for me to work here a few years later. management is terrible. honestly lasted here two weeks and received no proper training. had to demand my paycheck at the end of my time working here. just ordered today and i received poor quality food and a fly of some sort sandwiched between my to go box and a pickle provided. i am disgusted by this place. mediocre food, pricey, and terrible management. not worth it.

Great server but it took almost an hour for just one pizza. Also we have a 9 month old and none of the high chairs were in usable condition.The fried mushrooms were not at all seasoned. The fried pickles were ok but we’ve had better. We paid for the check before our food even made it to our table.

This is a local place in Limerick and it’s very casual. I did not have a very good experience. The staffing was very light. I think there was only one cook, a bartender server, and a local guy who pitched in to help who wasn’t on the payroll. I didn’t care. He was helping with logistics and getting tables ready and helping the two employees with getting what they needed to serve patrons. The owner or manager is to blame for this. I could hear the frustration in the bartender when you were making a drink or menu decision. She in fact walked away to other patrons. I only ordered a beer. 30 seconds adds up when you have 20 other people putting in food and drink orders….as in 10 minutes plus. Which can seem like a long time to a patron. My Chicago hot dog was $13. It was big but it wasn’t very good. The bun was soggy and wet, and for a hot dog that is $13 it should have been better. I may give this another try. I blame the experience on poor staffing on a Saturday night.

Another place to eat in the middle of nowhere. But that does not affect it’s taste. They still put the effort to make everything taste so yummy. I recommend this place and the people are great. You’ll feel at home.

So I used to love this place like 10 15 maybe even 20 yrs ago… I went it recently and no. Where the hell did the menu go. It used to be prime rib and everything worthwhile. Now hot dogs and pizza used to be nice beers on tap. Now month old bottles out of a red bull fridge. Sorry I miss how peppermill used to be how it is now I may as well brought my date to a gas station… best regards and good luck getting to where you had been
