Sadly, we were just passing through on our way home, and this was the worst Dr Pepper experience we’ve ever had. The food was ok, but all the carbonation on the entire beverage machine was out. The lady claimed she was going to fix it, then went about her business and left us there wondering. The bathrooms were unclean, no soap available, and the only towels were a wet roll they left sitting on the counter that was wet from others grabbing it. We were thoroughly disappointed, as we usually live dairy Queen. Hope it was just a bad day.

7-5-2022. This Dairy Queen needs HELP!! Very dirty (as you can see some of the pictures). Dead Flies everywhere, cleaning products on tables and near the food and cups in the kitchen, none of the workers were wearing hairnets or gloves, workers clothes were awful and no name tags!! The Manager needs to step up and handle this situation!! They were out of half the stuff on the menu but you didn’t know that until you waited in line for 30 minutes to order. I would NOT recommend to eat here.

Visited mid Sunday afternoon on a long road trip. This place was filthy, dead flies around, just nasty. Avoided the restroom. Unfriendly service, long wait time to take order and for our two blizzards to be prepared. Had to repeat the order several times. Staff not wearing uniforms. Ice machine broken. A stain on the Dairy Queen name. Management needs to do a lot of work on cleanliness, customer service and general maintenance to turn this place around. My advice is to avoid this Childress DQ.

Pit stop on our drive. Service was so slow. No soap in the women’s restroom, 1 of the stall doors didn’t lock. The food was great for the amount of time we had to wait.

Employees (2 of them) were working hard but a third was more interested in talking with Boyfriend or husband. Place needs a serious cleaning… owner needs to take a long look at the place and get things cleaned and repaired….

Ice cream was made quick, however food was painfully slow. One worker on drive-thru, one on food prep, one on the phone. Meals took 43 minutes. No explanation, no apologies.

Flies were everywhere (see photos). Honestly we were impressed with how many people were actually eating here lol. The food took about 30 minutes, and the final tragedy was that they don’t have the flamethrower burger. In the end, we were too scared to eat the food.

We ordered 3 blizzards and the small they had to use a Styrofoam coffee cup cuz they were out of the printed ones and the 2 medium blizzards had a couple of sprinkles of candy bar throughout, it was 95% vanilla ice cream! Come on, I understand prices are crazy right now but don’t charge alot then cut back on product. I am so disappointed dq…do better.

This is a filthy restaurant. Stopped here on a long drive. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Ordered 3 mini blizzards and they were only half filled (maybe 4 bites total) and had little of the fillings. I had a cookie dough blizzard and there was maybe one piece of cookie dough. We were in a hurry but should have said something. Also the inside was super smoky…I think their exhaust system is broken.
