Today was my first time trying out some Indian cuisine and I went with the chicken korma. Service was exceptional as was the food. They asked me how spicy do I want it, I said just a tiny bit, and they delivered perfectly. All the flavors were blended together well. The rice was soft and had flavor, good portion size for the price. Only thing that would have made this meal any better would have been the cashews. He didn’t have them today. They have vegan and non vegan options and many different dishes to choose from. Now I have a second favorite food truck to visit on my lunch breaks.

I am very excited as this is a road side food. I thought it’s a perfect place to have a hot biryani in this winter But it’s a crazy disaster. They just added rice to chicken and added Chilli powder and color. I hate this when they name this as biryani.

When you order food, they bump up the music as they cook. It’s like a celebration because it is! And when they ask you if you want it spicy, it’s not white people spicy! It’s real spicy, which helps bring out the beautiful layers of flavor within each dish. I LOVE this place and everyone who works here.

Food was cooked fresh and fast. Came piping hot. He made it the perfect level of spicy for me. My chicken korma was so good I completely forgot I had naan too. Generous portions that were cheap but will easily be 3 meals for this tiny lady.
