Jumbo House has been my go to spot for food for at least 15 years when I come to Whitesburg, KY. The owners and workers are all excellent and kind people. They fed me all throughout my college years, all during my young working years, and still feed me when I visit home. This is a place that I hope never leaves Whitesburg, KY. Without Jumbo House, Whitesburg is doomed. EAT AT JUMBO HOUSE!!! Jumbo House FOREVER!!!

Literally would not even give them 1 star if no star was an option! So incredibly rude. And then yelled at my husband bc they gave him the wrong order. Told me it was one price and then told my husband it was another price and yelled that he needed to go to an atm. So rude I can’t deal!

Very disappointing. Got to the restaurant only to find out you could only do take out. What was really strange was the plastic covering at there main entrance with small opening to pass food thru. Talk about making people feel like a leper. Let’s just say I did not order any food.
