I ordered my 3 grandsons grilled cheese dinners and when they were delivered to us they were burnt had burnt pieces of stuff on them from dirty grill and they had dirty butter/oil on them. The waitress was proud of them and saw nothing wrong with them. … we paid our bill and left to go somewhere else to eat since thier dinner / hockey pucks were not edible .

Waitress was very friendly. My blackened grouper was good. My wife’s fried shrimp was average. Mac and cheese side was very hot but didn’t have much flavor. Our appetizer of deviled eggs with crayfish came out after our entrées. It was a weird soupy mess with the eggs kind of floating in a tomato crayfish sauce. Perhaps if the sauce had been more of a garnish and not so wet it would have worked better. Not a lot of flavor here either. No alcohol offered, but the sweet tea was good.

It was ok. They were out of about half of the items on the menu. They do have a Deviled Egg appetizer we all liked. My shrimps were grilled nicely. Overall good, but nothing spectacular or special. Note, no alcohol is available here. Guess they don’t have a liquor license. Not a big deal, but we missed it when we looked up the restaurant.

Genuinely one of my favorite restaurants on the Gulf Coast. Friendly staff doing their beyond best, great food prepared perfectly – melt in your mouth sandwiches and gumbo that almost lived up to my own mother’s. Great onion rings and the deviled eggs are the best. Unique place down to the welcoming front porch and the interior where there’s not one thing that doesn’t seem handmade and artistic. I really appreciate that. I wish the lighting was warmer, and the left side of the restaurant was super cold – plastic seats don’t help – but small things compared to overall satisfaction. Good luck with the opening bumps – I’m rooting for you guys and looking forward to coming back.

Everything was incredible! Krinkle cut fries were crispier than a fresh Autumn breeze, perfectly cooked! The Swamp Burger was just waaay too good! Absolutely delicious! Service was a bit slow but that was because of short staffing which I do not blame the restaurant for. Decor and music was excellently picked and overall just a great place to take your family to! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went in when it first opened to celebrate my 55th birthday dinner treat for myself since it’s next to my property. I loved the devil eggs very good an the gumbo was good also however I order the Cajun fish it was extremely salty. I figured it was just me,but a customer at the next table across from order the same meal as myself because he said my meal looked good he was disappointed he said it was extremely salty.I didn’t make a fuss I simply boxed it up an told the guy mine was salty also I told him give them a chance allow them to get the bugs out ( seasoning under control ) got watch the salt. overall the food is great

Our first time down here in this area, our hosts over at the Harbor House recommended Kat-5, and we were very pleased with the experience all around. Food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, people were very friendly, great service. The deviled eggs are a must try. I had the seafood platter,it was great!
