Order a large pizza and they gave me a medium. We called and spoke to dean the manger and he said that he was training someone new. And then he switched up he story saying the ovens were making them small…. Definitely avoid this location at all cost. I would suggest everyone does the same..

Ordered veggie pizza and Greek salad. Salad was ok. Pizza was 16.99 with a coupon (L). The bread was good. The toppings (tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, olives) were cold. The mushrooms are canned or jarred type. Since the vegetables were cold and raw, it was a bit watery. I would love to be able to give this place 5 stars, but it is expensive and not up to that rating. The delivery person was great!

So the location on Woodrowbean Transmountain has really just gone down hill in customer service and speed. We had an online order to pick up and I’ve literally been waiting outside for 45 minutes. NOT one employee has come outside and even asked who I am, what’s my order or the status of the situation on why everything is sooooo damn slow. I even tried calling the restaurant and NO ONE answered. A line of cars started piling behind me. I even knocked on the sliding glass door because I mean there’s patience, but then there’s just PLAIN neglect. I saw the teenagers inside just wondering around doing nothing. The only kid I saw doing anything was this one white skinny kid, trying his best, but you could tell he was extremely overwhelmed. I went inside for a refund, to see a older fat gentleman chewing out that kid. I know that kid was extremely frustrated, and was definitely caving under all the stress. He had to call his manager to give the guy a refund. He also had to call the manager AGAIN to get my refund. A ton of people who were in the line of cars behind me came inside also for refunds. As a new car line piled up outside, it was absolute chaos. And I am extremely disappointed at the manager, not at the associates. The efficiency of your store is a direct reflection of your management. I didn’t even have the heart to chew this kid out when I got inside, because I could tell he was upset and very stressed. You could tell everything was falling apart. I told him “you should really put a sign on that sliding door and make the customers come inside so it’s a bit easier to control and speak to the customers face to face. If that were MY STORE, I’d be driving 100mph to help my associates do some damage control. Marcos Pizza today you lost ALOT of customers. My family loves your pizza, but after today we were so disappointed on how the restaurant was being managed. I’ve never seen a restaurant fall apart like I’ve seen today.

Placed an online order at 5:30 pm for pick up. We were told that order would be ready in approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Arrived at the location at 6:17. I was informed that the order had not been started. Still waiting in the stored along with five other customers in the same situation. This does include the three other customers waiting in their vehicles. This location started off great and now it is in complete disarray. Maybe it’s time for new management and better training. This location does not any attempt to make things right.

The pizza is very good and I recommend it, although the reason I gave 2 stars was as I waited for my pizza to be completed I was watching the guy kneading the raw pizza dough. This was a busy guy who stayed busy. The problem is, is this is the same guy who while kneading, making and measuring the dough balls was the same guy breaking off to take orders at the cash register, taking money, answering and taking phone orders, dumping the trash, handing finished orders to customers all while not washing his hands or wearing plastic gloves when going back to handling the raw pizza dough. Looking at the employees actually making the pizza, it was very apparent that nobody was concerned about washing their hands before they went back to handling the cheese, toppings and the pizza itself after touching everything possible. I still ate my pizza and it was good but had to try and not think of and forget momentarily what I just witnessed. Not sure what can be or needs to be changed but it’s not something customers should be seeing.

Seemed very unorganized. No take out menus & they’ve been open since last September. Worker said boss hasn’t ordered them yet? What are they waiting for? The girl was preparing our pizzas with no gloves on! Unacceptable!! I never saw anyone wash their hands & they were handling transactions & taking pizzas out of the oven. Not good at all. On a happier note, the pizza was delicious. I’m willing to give you a second chance, but if they’re not wearing gloves, I’m walking.

I wish I could give it a 5, but I just can’t. I do hope managers see this and correct the small issues before bigger issues start. First time we ordered was about a week ago, their online ordering wasn’t set up (or it just wasn’t working). Placed my order over the phone. Was placed on hold, completely understandable. Asked for a pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños on one side, and I got a pizza with jalapeños on one side and pepperoni on the other. Again, I can see where there was confusion. But today, I ordered online and checked 3 times before placing the order to make sure that the pepperoni and jalapeños were on the same side. And again they put jalapeños on one and pepperoni on the other. The pizza also wasn’t cut through and one was cut into like 5 pieces.

I agree with a recent post about this location not answering calls to place an order or not being able to place an online order. Was on hold for over 20mins, and call was dropped. Unfortunate.

Wr always order take out from this business, and they’re always amazing. I’m picky about pizza after living in Chicago for over a decade, so I’m glad this place, though not Chicago pizza, is still great none the less. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Chicken.
