Good food and service when I stopped for lunch. There seems to be an issue with corporate not supporting their franchises in this region though. There were multiple puddles of water on the floor from the AC system, there was cooking equipment in the back that said “out of order, work order placed,” and the coke machine was not mixing any of the sodas correctly.

I think they had a new kid working. I saw a manager giving some hints. When my order was wrong. But, I do have an unusual one. That’s why I checked. Place was clean. Food was good. Fast food with a small bump up. Everyone was ready to help. And I was satisfied.

Probably the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru. So many vehicles left the line. I just stayed out of curiosity. In the end, we waited in line over 45 minutes, then told to pull into the parking lot and wait another 10 minutes for our order. All for mediocre chicken strips.

Waited at the drive thru for at least 10mins before I could even place my order. Was asked, after paying, to pull up to spot 1 and my order would be brought to me shortly. I sat in this spot for 20 mins. Walked inside to ask about my order. Waited another 10mins. The young lady that handed my order to me was apologetic and added an extra side to my order for the wait. Think maybe they’re just a little under staffed. Other than the wait, they were good.

The service is pretty terrible. The person working the register was moving slowly, and was extremely quiet, so whenever she “yelled” out a name, nobody could hear what she said, including the people standing directly in front of the register. It wasn’t a welcoming feeling you’d expect in the south, no greeting, no “Have a good day” nothing. The food came out hot, which is just about the only plus here. The chicken was nothing spectacular, just okay. There are lots of better options.

By far the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever visited. I’ve visited this location twice. Both times the wait has been extremely long, food still comes out cold and only a few of the workers are friendly. Just paid $25 for a salad with one chicken strip, hard cookies, and “peach tea” that’s basically just tea with syrup. I did not return the food for the simple fact that I don’t want any one spitting in my food (it happens). I will most definitely visit Zaxby’s again, just not THIS location!

This Zaxbys in particular is bad. The food is always cold no matter what time of day. The wings are always small and customer service is often terrible. I’ve never been to a Zaxbys like this and it’s right down the road so I have no choice.. I had got my food 5 minutes ago and I had to put it in the air fryer.

Indescribably slow service. We left after car in front of us was told they had to wait to order 3 times over a 6 minute period. So fast food quality plus sit down restaurant speed equals go somewhere else.
