Ordered 2 hot n ready with 2 crazy combo, was told a 20 min wait would have to happen cause they don’t have any ready. My 20 min were up now 10 min ago with cars behind me getting their orders first. Went in to check on my order to be told it will be another 6 min that was now 3 min ago still waiting as other cars are still leaving with orders. Not sure of the process but considering they are supposed to be hot and ready, not wait for over your wait time directed I’m pretty upset.

They never have pizza ready! I’ve gone multiple times for a hot n ready pepperoni pizza and have always had to wait 15 minutes or more. I’ve been to plenty of other locations and they are usually in and out.

Look at all these negative reviews over the last couple weeks. This place is garbage. That last two times I ordered via the app and was alerted that the order was ready to be picked up. Both times I went inside to pick it up and stood at the front counter forever waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence. The staff in the back make direct eye contact with me, then immediately look away. Are they told not to interact with the customers? Is there only one person assigned to the front counter and nobody else is even allowed to talk to the customers? I don’t get it. And the pizza was terrible the second time. Ate one piece and I was done. I should have never went back the second time. My fault. Believe the reviews and avoid this place.

What a awful, awful Little Caesars restaurant. Pizza were horrible and I guess it was bread sticks they gave me but they were all kinds of messed up. Frozen then thawed and undercooked. Service was beyond horrible for having a 4 or 5 employees standing around playing on their phone. Restaurant is filthy dirty and the location is definitely one of the worst Ionia has to offer. Definitely one restaurant I’ll never return too.

We did a 1 hour pre order, went to pick it up, still waiting over 30 min for the order. The pizza wasn’t cook all the way and wings where drenched in so much sauce you had to use a fork to fish them out. I understand being under staffed but an hour and a half for a ” hot n ready” and some wings is ridiculous,

How this place is still in business is beyond me, put in an online order thinking would help speed things along.. and show up the time the app tells you to and they tell us “oh it’s not ready yet, gonna be another 12 minutes cause it’s just going into the oven”. Like seriously.. mind you I put the order in over 30 before. Not impressed. Plus sitting outside looks like multiple other people had the same problem… Whoever owns this franchise should probably stepup.. and figure this out..!!!

We went and order pizza and breadsticks, the pizza was the worst ever. We picked it up and all of the toppings fell off the pizza and our breadsticks weren’t even done all the way and didn’t even look like they normally do. I understand it’s later in the evening but they still had an hour until closing and their pizza should not look like that or the breadsticks. Really bad service.

Got a deepdish from Ionia Little Caesars. When we got home and opened the box to find a disgusting, poorly done pizza. Took a bite out of it and realized that the dough was still raw. Gave my whole family food poisoning. When we called Ionia Little Caesars, the manager very rudely told us that she did not care about how our order had turned out and had no intention of giving us any kind of refund or new pizza. I will never, ever be back to this restaurant again.
