I went here 3/17 for dinner the restaurant was packed when I walked in. I never been to this location so I was shocked on how small it was. We proceeded to stand at the register and wait for someone to take our order. One of the workers a (male) came from the back multiple times and never greeted us to take our order. My husband extended his head over the counter to look in the kitchen at which point the older female worker alerted the male that we were at the register. At that point we gave our order and then was told about 30min wait or so. I was ok with that because it is Friday so I expected at bit of a wait. So after about 40mins we got our order. I spent about 63 bucks and my food was terrible. Fries were under cooked my son got tenders and they were dried out only one was edible. Like wth they need to do better. I will not be returning to this location NEVER! Go to the one in Brentwood better service and better food. I’m mean this location has 2 stars that is a huge red flag.

I ordered boneless wings and strips. First picture is just the unbelievable inedible burnt wings. The second picture is how they are both supposed to look. It’s really disgusting and disrespectful to the branch as a whole. Please don’t waste your money.

Wingstop needs to get place together! The cashier gave me a VERY HARD time because he wanted me to pay with the exact change but I don’t carry around coins anymore! He had a very agressive tone of voice! My parmesan boneless wings were super dry but the fries were yummy!

This place SUCKS. I expected more from a new location. I ordered online and went to the store at the appropriate time for pickup. My food wasn’t ready and I ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours. The food was cold and the fries looked like they were at the bottom of the batch. They forgot the ranches. ALSO, the boxes the wings came in were covered in sauce on the outside. I recommend if you want wings go to Buffalo Wild Wings OR The even the Brentwood Location.

Ok, caution ⚠️ people. Ordered online, Saturday night at 8pm. This location is short staffed and untrained. I waited for an hour and a half as orders ready on the rack went unclaimed, while every order that got claimed came back wrong. Kept waiting for my name and finally asked for refund. HOWEVER, staff was too busy to do it then, so they asked for name and order number so they could do it eventually. Has not been processed today Sunday noon time. I will go there today in person to ask for refund to go through. As side note pandemic has left restaurants short staffed. Hopefully this location will get better because I hate driving to Brentwood where service is just a little better.
