If you care about getting the food you actually ordered, I’d urger you never to order delivery from this location. I’m through throwing my hard-earned money away on this restaurant that clearly doesn’t understand the value proposition of fast food in 2023 means an emphasis needs to be placed on quality of food and accuracy of service.

Unfortunately this Dairy Queen is not being managed very well! We waited for a while to order, once we did order I wasn’t offered my receipt and both of the items on our order were made incorrectly. The employees had to search the restaurant to find us a medium cone so we waited for a while for our cone once we did order. I don’t think it’s necessarily the fault of the employees, I imagine they are doing the best they can, but this DQ could really use some streamlining!

Waited in line for a while. Had a car in front of me that had to wait a long time to get their ice cream. And at some point the staff made my order while the other people were still waiting. So by the time I got my ice cream it was already melted. And the brownie was soggy. I get most these kids are high schoolers. But they definitely were not taught quality is important. Their management needs to take better pride in training these kids.

Blizzards are awesome, and anything else cream wise, the food are not that great, it’s kind of bland, no flavor whatsoever,fries are mediocre seen better ones even in smaller hamburger joints. Prices are a little higher than BK or Mike Dees.
