First let me say typically dominoes is my go to for fast pizza. I’m in Dallas for work and staying at a hotel. I ordered a pizza and boneless wings. The pizza crust was bland, I’d compare it to Little Ceasars. The wings had cheese on them, not sure why you’d melt cheese on wings. While I tried to make the best of what I got I just can’t convince myself to pick the cheese off the wings. Pretty disappointed in the meal.

Walked in to pick up my order. Music was going, employees were jamming making pizzas atmosphere was live! I liked seeing that. Manager was cool gave us a free coke for having to wait a little longer. I really liked this Dominos

Update i just got a call and was not able to answer. I appreciate you wanting to make it right with the items you text me but unfortunately i am broke down in a hotel. I am a truck driver and my semi is in the shop and i have no way to get to your store to pick up items. I tried calling back but voicemail is full. If you would have it delivered that would be great. Or even put credit on my account? …I ordered Friday night. Got here fast but I was missing 4 toppings on my pizza. I ordered chick,bacon,tomato, onion and mushrooms with provolone also. Only had onions on it. I called the store numerous times on option 2 ( a line about your order) then I choose option 1 (to place an order) they answered on first ring! I told the guy I needed my order replaced was missing all my toppings. He put me on hold for minutes and then they hung up on me.i spent $50.00 on this order! Don’t order from this store!

I never write reviews but this place is actually ridiculous. I ordered my food at 8:59 online and the tracker online said that it would be there by 9:30. I checked back and it said that it was delivered, but I looked outside and I didn’t see anything. So I called them and it took them forever to pick up. When they finally answered the guy on the phone so that my phone was still out for delivery, which was a surprise to me being that the app said my food was already delivered. However, I decided to wait. It was an hour later and I still hadn’t gotten my food so I decided to call again where the guy on the phone acted like he didn’t know who I was or where my order was. He handed the phone to the driver who asked me if looked outside of my house, I hadn’t because the delivery was supposed to be hand to hand and no one ever knocked on my door. when he said that I looked outside my door and there was my food. My food had been sitting outside in the cold for i don’t know how long. I never got a knock or anything I don’t know how long my food was sitting outside on the floor. When I tried to explain this to Antonio when he hung up on me while i was talking. terrible service!!!

I’m giving one star simply because there’s no way to leave zero. Last night I had a bad experience with this domino’s. We ordered two pizzas from this place and had been waiting for about two hours and still no show. After about two and a half hours, they called me at midnight to tell me they wouldn’t be able to deliver my order since they’d be closing soon, even though I had placed my order more than two hours ago. I don’t think that’s the way to treat costumers at all, especially calling right before closing to tell me I won’t get my food delivered after waiting for so long. I do not recommend this domino’s in the slightest.

The tracker is never right but the worst thing is that they don’t advertise the National coupons. Every dominoes has a 7.99, large, 2-topping carryout special. But you won’t find it in the app. And if you order over the phone, they won’t tell you it’s available unless you ask. Other restaurants/fast food places, if they have a special, automatically applies the coupon. It’s not illegal but it’s definitely dishonest.
