I used to be so excited to go to any Villa’s in any mall- but this one had such rude employees. They were making fun of me and my order in spanish (I ordered a lot because everything sounded good, and I wanted left overs for work). I mean, do you want me to spend my $25 somewhere else? Honestly I should have, not JUST due to the poor “customer service”, but also because the quality of the food has definitely gone down since I last had them. God this place was horrendous. Came here after a high school concert and was starving. Got their veggie pizza and some garlic rolls + a soda.. FOR 15 BUCKS? Seriously?? The pizza was the worst I’ve ever had (and it’s hard to mess up pizza) and the garlic rolls were okay. I didn’t hear it, but my friend says they were cussing us out in spanish. DO NOT COME HERE! Go to Rubios instead.

If possible I would give a zero. Despicable customer service. A young enough man working there was taking the orders and spoke in an extremely quiet voice and looked straight at the counter. The older lady working there was an absolute disgrace. The staff communicated in one word answers. They practically threw my food at me, saying only ‘TAKE’. Food was only middle of the road and extremely overpriced. I was given the wrong drink and when I asked to exchange it they barely did it and I was not given a new cup or straw. I will never return here again and will discourage this place to anyone who asks. Absolute disgraceful and disgusting behaviour by the staff. They are an embarrassment to themselve and their establishment

My experience here has always been the best, Paty the manager provides all services at all times, her team has always provided full service too, Pizza is always warm and fresh!! The wings here are amazing as well, thank you!! I love how they have Mexican soda drinks!!

Pathetic service.. want to give zero stars… we had lunch ordered for delivery at 1 pm. They forgot… we called them multiple times.. I was told food will be delivering in 20 min… called again after 20 min… food will be delivered in next 30 min… called again sane answer… got lunch from a different place at 3 pm.

Their triple play is misleading. It states that you can pick an entree, a pasta and a salad or vegetable. What it means is you get a pasta, piece of bread and a salad. I asked what the entree meant and the lady acted confused and said my entree was my pasta. Then she asked drink I wanted to go with the meal and charged me extra.

So I was there the other day and I got hungry so i decided to see what they had to eat at the food court, this place was the only place with no line, so i should’ve taken that as a red flag. When looking at the pizza the man that was working there was lowkey aggressive, like sir please calm down this is pizza. Anyways, THERE WERE TWO ROACHES!!! ON THE FOOD!!! I was flabbergasted, I was appalled, I was too stunned to speak. I didn’t say anything to that man and I wish I took some photos or something because those roaches were there like the cooked the pizza?!?! like no thank you, have a good day, save your money, save yourself from getting sick.
