Day shift better. Night shift were not happy people. Wouldn’t give me extra sauce. Took my bag back to exchange one sauce. Ok I get it. 4 pieces of chicken fingers and allowed only 2 sauces. Got home biscuit not cooked and they forgot my side. Drink was wrong and gave me lemonade that I didn’t order. Customer service also was not good. Lady in drive thru acted like having a bad day and like she didn’t want to be there.

Went through the drive thru last night and I just want to say the gentleman that was on the headset and gave me my food and the other gentleman at the first window were both amazing! I have never been through a drive thru at a fast food restaurant and just treated so genuinely you could tell they really cared about their customers. Highly recommend going to this KFC as well as I hope they both get everything they want and more in life.

Ya’ll! KFC was on point today. I got a chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and slaw with a biscuit and my girlfriend got the breast and wing meal. Restaurant was clean and the workers were nice.
