I’ve been going here for the past 20+ years. Love the food and the taste is still good. Sometimes the details matter. We were planning a father’s day picnic on the beach. They asked if we’d like utensils, we told them “yes please”, when we got to the beach there were none. Wouldn’t matter if we were just having sandwiches, but for sides it does matter. Might not seem like a huge deal, but it kind of is when you’re spending $100 bucks on food. So, once we realized there were no utensils, we went home to eat. We hadn’t unwrapped any food at that point. But we did unwrap cold brisket sandwiches when we got home. I do realize they are selling these by weight, and I haven’t been here for a couple months, but when did they get so cheap. I always remember these being heaping. Now two neatly placed slices on each sandwich. And yes, sauce is on the side. But really? Definitely for the price, I’m going to start giving other outfits a shot. Kind of a sad day, as they’ve always been my favorite in Seattle. Bye Pecos Pit.

Get the loaded baked potato! you won’t be disappointed. You can add any of the meats. I got the brisket. It was so good. And the service is also top notch. The two people working were beyond helpful and fun. Will be coming back to enjoy the sunny deck in the coming months. East parking in the back or they also have a drive through.

One of the best BBQ places I have ever been and I love that they have a drive through. The service was amazing so was the food, we got two, 2 meat platters with chicken, hot links, beef & pork plus ribs extra. For sides Potato Backn salad( omg), Smoked Mac & Cheese, Spicy beans & Lays BBQ chips. For dessert Brownie & Chocolate chip cookie, boy never seen my husband finish a cookie this fast haha and absolutely love that the brownie is overly sweetened! Love everything about Pecos so far, will be back soon

Good bbq, the staff were somewhat immature and mostly just giggling around and laughing at customers. Took my order wrong twice. She asked if I wanted chopped or shredded brisket twice, both times I said chopped but ended up getting shredded for both of my meals. Bbq was good, the sweet tea was also good! Would come back. Hopefully the staff will be nicer next time.

Pecos is awesome! Their BBQ is hard to beat in our area. I’m not huge into overly smoked meats, but I got to say everything I have tried has been really good. The sauces go really well, and there is a verity of options, but I almost always like to try it without first-time, then add some flavors. Grab a sandwich or a hotlink for the trip across the bridge next time

Excellent BBQ. Small portion big price but very tasty. Seriously tho give people more damn cornbread than that I wanted to punch the guy who brought me the reses peanut butter cup sized cornbread muffin. Cornbread is cheap bro, then ripping me off for 3 oz of beef for $20 doesn’t hurt as bad when I have more than one bite of cornbread to back it up.

Great little bbq spot in West Seattle. Really hard to get in the parking lot depending on which direction you’re coming from. Hubs had 2 meats 2 sides – brisket and pork. I had brisket loaded sweet potato. Both are solid choices. We prefer the pork over the brisket tho – I would get the potato not the sweet potato next time. Their med sauce is yum altho my hubs says it’s spicy it’s not the world’s greatest bbq but it’s a solid bbq place.

I like my ribs soft and consistent. These were burnt on the outside, inconsistent on the inside ranging from a tacky, stringy, chewy texture to soft parts. There were several small soft bones in the ribs. The bbq tasted like a rub rather than a smooth sauce. The cornbread was mediocre. I didn’t get the potato salad I ordered, it was on my receipt.

We were on our way to dinner & someone told us to stop by Pecos for the Corn beef Sandwich special it’s only going on in March! I’m so glad we did! Hands down the best Corn Beef Sandwich I’ve ever had! I was stuffed, but could not resist, I ate the whole thing! Please bring this sandwich back again sometime this year! The Mac & cheese was also very good, just saying that is an understatement! Stop by this lil BBQ spot in West Seattle you will be surprised.
