It’s incredible how inept this location is. I routinely get charged twice, even three times for an order and when confronted about it I get told they don’t know what to do about it. I would take the extra time and just go to a different location because this one cannot keep from charging you multiple times for the same thing. Today was my breaking point as I just paid 14 dollars for a large iced.

arrived at 7:30am. Food was hot and fresh, ready to go. The wait was about 10 minutes and they forgot a couple of coffees (2/4 received). Though, they were super friendly and they seemed to be surprisingly lively for 7am.

The food and drinks are typical dunkins products, which I love! The service is great, but can be slow in the morning. Understandably so, since there’s a huge staffing issue nowadays. They always have a good quantity of donuts! One of the employees also offered to check the back for my donut since the front rack didn’t have any.

I love dunk’s but this location is absolutely terrible! I ordered ahead through the app before I left home this morning, upon arrival I still had to wait awhile for my coffee to be made. It was probably around 10 extra minutes of waiting in the store before it was handed to me. Bad attitudes from the staff when they are busy as well, I know how badly it stinks to be behind on orders but be a little more professional about it. The food is prepared great some days and not so good others, it’s the same for my drinks as well.

I cannot get a consistent cup of coffee from DD. It’s not this particular address alone. The coffee is burnt tasting like it has been on the heating pad for hours or seems to be poured mid-brew, or it’s tepid. Very seldom will my nearly $3.00 buy a cup of coffee that is enjoyable. So I do not visit unless I have no other choice. I now go to market basket to buy DD dark roast coffee (which isn’t offered at franchise locations now, dumb) and make my own. It seems that this brand is working very hard to rid itself of serving coffee. It worked for me.

I’ve had two bad experiences at this place I’m not going to lie. But Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. I came here and whichever crew is on right now is the best crew they have at this place. Exceptional customer service. And I keep coming here because I like it I like dunkin’ donuts. It’s what I have in my Keurig at home. But when I run out of milk I come here. Whoever the big guy is in the window and the young lady that served me today twice because I spilled my first latte. They gave me a bunch of paper towels and saved my day. Those two employees are great. They are the valuable types of workers that everybody wants to work for them and represent your business. Have a blessed day.

District manager is rude with an attitude when you ask a question. Rec cold dried up grease snack n bacon and she says that’s how it comes and that’s Dunkin’ standard other manager says if other places are different then they are doin it wrong. I said ok so every other one is wrong except this one she said yup and got rude. Very unprofessional coming from management wouldn’t even give a one star

I drive a large truck and this location regularly shuts down the counter inside the gas station. There is a sign blocking the counter that says use the app or the drive through. I will not download the app and I will not take a 40 foot long truck through the drive through. Not very good customer service.
