Very fast drive thru. I always go to the Hobart location because the Portage location is always out of stock of basic items and takes about 10 minutes for each car there. Love the Hobart location. Their staff is always friendly and courteous.

Drive thru service was great, but both the brisket and beef and cheddar didn’t taste good, The brisket sandwich was extremely fatty and filled with grizzle, that I removed from my mouth twice, while eating my sandwich.

FINALLY a decent Arby’s in the area. The one in Portage on Willowcreek is TERRIBLE. The only negative I can say is they don’t do potato cakes. BOOOOOO!!!! Other than that this place rocks!

I went in to order and was told I was only allowed 1 customization on my sandwich or I had to pay full price. Rude employees. Missing condiments after asking for them. Fries and chicken were totally overcooked and burnt tasting. This location needs some retraining on customer service and food prep!
