We had an extremely poor experience with a catering order. The store had too many orders to fulfill that day and not enough staff to prep and get them out the door timely. Not only was our food delivered an hour late, but we also did not get the quantity of food we ordered and ended up being short on food for our party. When I talked to a manager at a later date about the experience, she just kept saying over and over “that’s so frustrating” and then turned around and walked away. We have always enjoyed their food, but will not be giving this Qdoba location our business any more.

The food was awesome. The beef and chicken top notch. They have the best chips. Queso is also tremendous. The wonderful staff had everything ready for pick up and super friendly. If you need food for an event. I highly recommended them. All the food was perfect. Big thanks to the cooks.

I was coming from the hospital from seeing my wife and wanted a burrito, so I stopped by this Qdoba. It was the best experience I have ever had in a Qdoba. It was late, but everything was still fresh the girl behind the counter was so nice and made me an extra huge chicken loaded burrito. The manager came out and noticed that I was a veteran and gave me a really good discount and was very friendly. You have gained a regular customer now. Thank you so much for you amazing food and kindness. Even though you didn’t know my situation your kindness and fresh and tasty food was a moral boost!

I completed an online order for pickup and went to go pick it up. They closed early and i was standing at the door for someone to let me in. A girl was walking over to let me in and the manager told her to not let me in or even talk to me. He walked the other way looked at me and still did nothing about it. I had to knock on the door at them to let me in. They did after 5 minutes. I was no impressed with the service at all and will not be going back after the manager acted that way.

Feel like the only time it’s acceptable to eat at any of these chains is when a manager is working because these kids be straight up lacking on ingredients making sloppy empties and smiling like …the one pictured had as much meat as a taco bell soft taco; not much, all down the fold. Husband said something while they were being made and 3 out of 4 were fine with $9.45 size portions of everything…guess they didn’t feel like fixing this one.

1st time Qdoba wasn’t even decent tasting. Almost no chicken, barely any lettuce, not fresh, they forgot multiple salsas, and mostly just sour cream. It was awful.

I haven’t been to Qdoba in a while. But I was in the area, so I figured why not. I got the brisket queso burrito with white rice and black beans. I like that the queso and the guacamole are included and not paid extras. The queso Diablo was delicious. The brisket was ok. I like the pork or cholula chicken better, but the brisket was fine.

We came in tonight to get food it was 15 until they closed and had already put half the line away. One girl brunette totally pleasant and the other girl long blonde hair completely rude I have worked in plenty of customer service jobs and I get what it means when someone comes in close to close your just not in the mood to do anything else but you can’t ever let that show. My daughter asked for her burrito to be toasted she informed us that she had already turned off that warmer because they close in ten minutes but you’re not closed yet. The food was cold and the service was bad from that one employee. Next time I’ll go to chipotle where the service is better and the food is hot.
