I will not go back to McKenzie Tn McDonald’s again. Rude by ignoring you. I would have thought that at first, it was because they were busy, but no one was in line. Then, when I went back and asked for a straw, sweetener for my tea and pancake syup, the girl looked at me as if I was crazy. I tried again. I ask for refills for my husband and myself. She said, “‘refills,” turned around, and hollered, I need a tea and an orange refill. She walked away with out saying a word. I stood there about 5 minutes. There were people behind me waiting and getting impatient because no one was there to wait on them. I said good luck and tuned around and left. The lady waiting was ringing a bell as my husband and I was leaving. No one was answering her either! Keep in mind I had to walk back and tell my husband what was going on. If they don’t want business, or to work then they should close.

We stopped to grab a quick lunch and did outside pickup. 8 minutes after I paid for the order we still didn’t have our food so I went inside to check. There were 4 upset people also waiting for their food with no employee in sight. I went to the car for a few more minutes and went back in. After I finally got an employees attention, he gave me my food that had been sitting waiting to be delivered. Of course, it was cold. I would have just left to begin with, but they already had my $12.

Disappointed to the max. My fish sandwich has a spot, extremely small spot and f tartar sauce on it. When I asked for a pack it f tartar sauce someone yelled from the kitchen that it will be 89 cents more. I’m didn’t get any to begin with. Then the girl at the counter tried to take my bun with her bare hands to put some more in it. I told her no thanks I’ll eat it plane. After half of my sandwich was eaten they brought me out a chicken nugget box FILLED with tartar. That was rude! I didn’t even get anything to scoop it out with. My husband had a VERY raw hamburger. I just don’t understand why this was s happening here. If the employees sitting outside on the sidewalk by the door would be a bit more professional and take their breaks inside or go to their cars maybe more people would come there. It’s just not a professional group of people in my own personal opinion. It’s sad.

I went inside the Mckenzie location mostly because I needed to pee lol I was going to order and use the restroom. I stood there several minutes no one came to the front. Tried to use the kiosk and was unsure if what I was looking for didn’t exist or I just couldn’t find it. Finally just used the restroom and went around to the drive thru. Seriously, some people don’t want to use a kiosk.

I just went through the drive thru, and the lane closest to the store kept getting skipped. So, after 3 cars from the other lane went in front of me, I pulled to the first window. I wanted to place my order there, I explained the problem, I was told I couldn’t order there, that I would have to drive around and go back though the line. I said there is a sign that says if unable to order here, pull to the first window and order. I was then told, nope you can’t order here.. Nope, won’t be back.

Whoever the manager was for Wednesday evening April 5th she needs not to have the title. First of all you’re supposed to be making money for the company not refunding it especially if the customer did not request a refund but requested their item that they were supposed to get that they paid for. Also a manager does not act like a five-year-old having a tantrum. If you cannot do simple math or you cannot resolve a simple problem then the position is not you. All you had to do is refund the first purchase I made and ring it up as the second purchase I wanted….. Simple. And you’re welcome for sending the money that you refunded me back in the building inorder to make the company money rather than keeping it and also keeping the item which would have caused you to not only lose money for the company but also lose product.
