I am a very loyal customer I’ve been ordering for afew years now from primos in energy Illinois. I called on Wednesday 6/28/23 To place an order for delivery, The young man (Kevin) I believe that answered the phone verified my address and my name and ask what can I get for you. I ordered $34 worth on a delivery order. It wasn’t even 20mins and I get a call back from primos pizza from Ashley I believe saying I’m sorry but we can deliver your order, so I proceeded to ask her why I’ve been ordering from you guys and you’ve had no problems delivering to me before the address was verified why wouldn’t you tell me that in the first place instead of letting me order food? She apologized and proceeded to say I could either pick up or they could meet me less than a mile down the road from my house to get my food. I was told the delivery service has changed and no longer comes to my address. I would like to know when that took affect if so? Why would you let me place an order first of all? So with all that being said Well you can canceled my order and ordered from Domino’s that will actually take your order and deliver your food!!

Great stuff! I had the Italian Beef Pizza and it was delicious! The cheese bread was really good too (it’s best when warm – reheat it if you have to). All around impressed with the crust, sauce, and flavors. I’ll be back to try out their calzones and subs.

Placed our order and picked up inside. I was greeted with a smile and friendly “how ya doin” which always makes me comfortable when walking into a new place. The staff were all super friendly, neatly dressed and very respectful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of Primo’s as soon as I walked in the door. We ordered a large pizza and I gotta say, that crust was ON POINT! The toppings were fresh and the pizza was still hot when I got in my car and snuck a piece for my ride home. We got an Italian sub and a Philly cheese steak and both were so delicious and not lacking in toppings. Kudo’s to Primo’s! Definitely recommend this place for the food and pleasant staff. I just wish I would have remembered to take a photo before we dug in

I got the ziti bowl with grilled chicken and let me tell you it was darn near the best meal I have ever had the bread was really hot and fresh and the ziti was cheesy and had the right amount of chicken and was also very hot and fresh I will eat here a lot more!!!

A tiny place where locals play Bunco and the food is delicious! Oh my goodness. It’s been awhile since I’ve had really good pizza and pasta. That’s what we found at Primo’s. Mangia!
