Saddest bruschetta I’ve ever had, pizza was was cold like my heart and sub was over toasted. Then they have a huge sign outside that says free pizza when you spend $40 we spent over $50 and they denied us the pizza because it wasn’t ordered with all our food ! Craziest thing I’ve ever heard. Manager didn’t seem to care as she did not want to engage with my question. Sals in palm beach was great however the one in St.Lucie west is beyond terrible.

Not great at all service is extremely slow the waitress Melissa was kind but we did have an issue. My daughter ordered a chicken and spinach panini, it had zero flavor but she was starving and didn’t want to wait for something else. She ate about half and when the server came and offered us boxes I told her the sandwich wasn’t good she said she would speak to the manager she came back and said the manager (lady who wanders around doing nothing black and red hair) didn’t want to speak to us but would give us a free cannoli, ok I guess, I wasn’t real looking for compensation just wanted them to be aware. So then the manager who didn’t want to speak to us sends out a cannoli small enough for a small child. No attempt to rectify anything more of a slap in the face. We won’t return, some acknowledgment from the manager would have been nice but since she couldn’t even be bothered we won’t be back! I spoke to the server about the fact that the manager wouldn’t acknowledge us and she agreed that it was extremely unprofessional when I left the restaurant the manager was sitting out front smoking and on the phone!!!! Y’all need to do better!!!!

I don’t know where to begin honestly. I don’t know whether to start with how great the service is , or how delicious the food is . Upon arrive we got greeted with the warmest greeting’s, i believe it was by the manager. We’ve gone three times so far , and all three times the service was GREAT. Today we went and we had Andrew , he was simply the best , he accommodated us and made sure that everything was perfect and spot on. My wife and I sat outside, it’s started to drizzle and he quickly rushed over and opened up the big umbrella for us. He came back a few times to check on us. He had the perfect balance of coming and going if you know what I mean lol. The food is spot on delicious, I had pasta with shrimp and my oh my was it delicious. Just the right amount of flavors. I will definitely make sals one of my to go to’s for a delicious meal.

First time eating inside the restaurant. I have to say portions are much bigger when you dine in. The place was clean, food was great. Staff was nice and welcoming.

I got take out, I got the fettuccini Alfredo. It was gross. Zero flavor. Same with chicken. It was disgusting. Zero flavor. Made my stomach turn. $50 that went in the garbage. Olive Garden tastes better unfortunately. I got the chicken tenders platter also, soggy food and soggy chicken. Horrible

Pasta was mushy and no flavor. Chicken was dry and the gravy was too salty. The resturant was overall dirty but the server was nice.

We knew we were in for a great meal from the start with the mozzarella sticks and calamari. House salad was really good and my spaghetti was the best that I have had in a long time. Fantastic service. Very worth a visit. We ll be back.

I grew up eating Sals in Palm Beach County and always loved it so I was thrilled when one was opened here. I went for lunch one day with my kids and it was great. Decided to go back about 2 weeks later for dinner with my daughter, the experience was NOT the same. It was a rainy Friday night, they weren’t too busy. We sat down and ordered right away. The soup and garlic rolls arrived quickly. We were sat right next to where the take out orders are picked up so we had a doordash driving standing so close to us he might as well have sat down, ok no big deal. Then my daughter’s food comes, she ordered a chicken and spinach panini didn’t look like a traditional panini but didn’t look bad either. She began to eat while I waited a bit longer for my food to come. I could tell she wasn’t really into her sandwich so I asked her what was wrong, she said it was very bland so we asked for a side of pesto sauce, still didn’t help it much. The fresh mozzarella wasn’t melted and it was like a giant mound of unseasoned spinach on top of a small amount of chicken. When the server came back she asked if we wanted boxes I told her only for my food because my daughter didn’t really care for hers as it was quite bland, she said no problem I’m going to have the manager come over here. She returns a few minutes later and tells us “the manager does not want to come talk to you guys’ instead decided a free cannoli the size of my thumb would be appropriate. I wasn’t looking to get anything for free or even to complain really but when the server told me the manager just didn’t want to deal with us I was appalled. The manager, a skinny Old lady with red and black hair could be seen walking around doing absolutely nothing, the most I saw her do was converse with the doordash drivers. The worst part is that when I told the server that it was disgraceful to see a manager act like that…SHE AGREED and continued to say nobody cares for her and that she was extremely unprofessional….THIS IS COMING FROM THE STAFF OF SALS!!!! When I went to leave, the wonderful manager was sitting in the FRONT of the restaurant chatting it up on the phone and smoking a cigarette. GET IT TOGETHER SALS!!! There are many people from down south moving this way and would love to enjoy a familiar restaurant but that manager will run that place to the ground in no time!!!

I’ve ordered food online from here four times. The first time, I ordered the ravioli. It was delicious but I only received five ravioli. The meal does include a side salad and two/three rolls but as an entree, I felt like it wasn’t worth the price. Second time I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce was flavorless. The third time I got eggplant parmigiana and it was delicious. Only issue with the third time was that when I went to pick up the food, their online system didn’t receive my order so I had to wait for it to get made. On the bright side, I was given a free dessert and a couple of extra rolls for my wait, which was nice. The fourth time I ordered the eggplant parmigiana again. The spaghetti was good but the eggplant was over cooked—I couldn’t eat all of It. I also got the homemade tiramisu and it was good.
