This boba place is decent and well placed if you’re already shopping at Mitsuwa, but more often than not, they’re out of boba and toppings. This makes ordering any drink hard and disappointing.

This is the second time we came here for bubble tea. The first time they were really good so we came here again and got the Ceylon milk tea which is a popular one. The milk tea tasted great almost like the Hong Kong style. We would definitely recommend this place if your a fan of bubble tea

Drinks are good for sure. I ordered with one person ahead of me and had to wait 20 ish minutes. A bit over priced. So if money is not an issue and you have plenty of time to wait around the drinks are pretty good. They would highly benefit on streamlining their line work

Ordered strawberry and nutella crepe, nutella was spread sooooo thinly and just in the middle. Showed the crepe to the person in the counter but said she cannot do anything about it. Very rude and bad customer service. Hope this reaches the management. 6/15/2023 at 6:30 pm.

Use to love their drinks and crepes. However they are not able to keep up with their fame. This store is always short of people. Only 1-2 teenagers running the place. It’s hard for them to greet, taking order, making drink at the same time. They used to custom drink for us, but now they refuse to work with us anymore. Sad to see service go downhill.

They turned the closed sign on us right as we were about to order which is fine I know restaurants close eventually. But she went to her coworker and asked him what to do so she didn’t have to serve us and he said just tell them we don’t have anymore boba or crepes. She came up to us and asked us what we wanted so we assumed she’d take our order since she just asked us and then told us they didn’t have anymore boba or crepes. I understand restaurants close but to lie right to my face after asking her boss literally right in front of us was really insulting. Just say we aren’t taking anymore orders no need to lie. We have ears we can hear when the workers talk in front of us.

The first few times that I tried this place the milk tea was good. The last time that I went last month the milk tea that I got was very watered down and did not taste like taro. They have also raised prices for the crepes. The consistency is not the same sadly. I really loved this place.
