This place is true Italian and you must try it! The service is absolutely amazing, they pull the wine bottles right off the wall and serve everything with pride! It reminds me so much of my grandparents and the old country and you will not find better Italian anywhere else. The place is small….but I would rather call it intimate! It really feels like you are dining with your Italian family! The homemade noodles melt in your mouth!

Absolutely phenomenal food and service! I worked in the food industry in big cities and traveled all over Italy–this is exceptional, true Italian. I was delighted with their perfectly cooked, beautifully prepared homemade (!) ravioli and lasagna, and gorgeous lemon dessert. This charming family business is the perfect date spot and cozy family dinner, I can’t wait to return.

Wow! Excellent hospitality! “Limon cake” is excellent- it’s a homemade lemon pie with very light crust (soooo delicious) – my husband had the lobster ravioli and I had tortellini alfredo. Both were outstanding, and they gave us homemade bread (also the pasta is homemade)- make a reservation!

The food is quite good, but, that’s it. Service is just so-so, even with only 7 tables. The decor is definitely yard sale quality, but here’s my real problem; most traditional Italian restaurants will offer you a complimentary Lemoncello, especially if it’s homemade. Not here!! It’s $7 per glass, AND, my wife’s glass was about as much as a Gatorade cap. This is unfortunate, and, possibly illegal as they don’t have a liquor license nor should they be selling a product that is house made.

This is the third time we’ve come here and it’s the best Italian food place in sarasota! it is a very homey, small and elegant place. It has extremely good service and it is run by its owners and are so nice and the food is amazing. Our favorite plate is the fruti de marie and the lemon cake desert. we come every year and always have a great time!
