Called and ordered my family food for takeout. Tammy, the person who answered the phone and the server, was very friendly. She did a wonderful job making sure all the food and condiments were in the bag. We ordered the patty melt w/fries, two burgers w/fries, the huddle sampler, and the country fried steak dinner. They were out of a lot of items but we worked it out.When we got home, the patty melt and burgers weren’t just burnt, they were black. When I called to let them know, of course they wanted me to come back and have it remade but who has time for that. I don’t want anything free. I would just like it made right the first time. We are very disappointed. This is another place that’s lost our business.

We expected standard huddle house food and attitude for a Friday night, but we’re pleasantly surprised. Tammy was running table to table making sure everyone was taken care of and keeping us all updated on our orders. She did an AMAZING job and deserves so much recognition for be an outstanding person.

In the last few weeks this place has went downhill extremely fast. We got our drinks fast and it was over 30 minutes before we were able to flag our waitress down to order. The restaurant was not crowded. It was a good 20 minutes for our food to come to the table. When I mentioned to the waitress that I would like to have my pancake that never came and a drink refil, she took my glass and returned 17 minutes later with the pancake. The drink never showed up. The plate appearance of the food was poor at best but the meal was good.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food. Ordered a mega bacon burger with hashbrowns scattered with onions. Had to ask for lettuce and tomatoe that came with sandwich hashbrowns were not scattered with onions I brought it to waitress attention she took it to the cook and told her the hashbrowns were supposed to have onions in them. She slammed the plate back down and informed her to take it back to me. The waitress came back and ask if I wanted the onions removed from the ticket and I said yes I wasn’t gonna pay for something I didn’t get. This cook was very hostile with all the waitresses and other cook. I have never waited in any Huddle house over an hour for food. The customers sitting next to us at the counter had waited just as long for their food. And we’re expressing their dislike in their long wait. The cook told the waitress don’t talk to me I’m cooking one order at a time.
