I typically love mod pizza but tonight they drowned my pizza in the drizzle sauce. Unfortunately that’s all I could taste. The photos are after I mopped it up with 2 rounds of paper towels. I wish I would not have not added it or asked for it on the side because it ruined the entire pizza.

Food was good, but we had to wait 40 minutes for an online order. I understand it was a dinner rush, however, 5 people walked into store and clearly ordered after us, and got their food before us. We also saw others who were waiting a while to pick up their online order. So don’t order online unless you want an unpredictable wait time, because the online orders are definitely not prioritized.

Have eaten here several times but lately the customer service has gone downhill. I keep wanting to come back because the food is always great but at this point I might just drive to another location. This last visit was by far the worst. We walked in at 8:42pm, not thinking anything of it because they used to be open till 10:00pm, but now they have temporary hours and close at 9:00pm. The manager with blue in her hair along with several others were working. The manager was setting an awful example for the staff and was so rude. She did not say hi or welcome and instead stated “how many pizzas?” We said two and before she took our order she then shouted to the individuals who walked in behind us again how many pizzas? They literally didn’t have a second to even look at the menu and said that. She cut them off and said “we are closing and we need to make the dough.” She was not willing to budge and demanded to know. She then had others come over to help us who were actually very friendly. They asked if we were dining in or taking it to go and I replied are we allowed to eat here. The young man timidly said “it would be best if you took it to go” and did an awkward glance towards the manager. To make matters even more uncomfortable, while waiting for the pizzas to cook the individuals behind us decided they couldn’t handle it anymore and provided feedback to the manager. They told her they owned a restaurant themselves and they have fired people for a lot less. They told her that her behavior was very inappropriate. The manager then just went on to discuss how it’s corporates fault, the amount they have to do for closing, that they place to many demands on them, and was not willing to take accountability. The food was again delicious but like I said the customer service is terrible and makes you very uncomfortable so I would probably try a different location instead.

As always, food is great. The overall cleanliness of the place was disappointing. Barely any customer inside with 6-7 staff, and all the trash cans were full and tables were sticky.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. Girl working was extremely rude from the start. I went to use the restroom quick and it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Smelled of strong stale urine.

First time at Mod and was pleasantly surprised. Good pizza with interesting toppings and options. Great lemonades. Place wasn’t real clean though. They need to clean tables and empty trash a few more times during the day.

We stopped here on the way home for dinner since we all wanted pizza. There is a large menu on the wall so you can decide what you want while waiting in line. In our order we had three mini pizzas and one regular pizza. I can’t remember the names but we had a cheese pizza, two meat lovers pizzas and a margherita pizza. They were made quickly and were served hot and fresh. We all enjoyed our dinner! The only downside is that it is a bit expensive. It’s definitely good but it was more than we usually like to spend on pizza when dining out. Still, it’s a nice place to go if you want to get good pizza quickly and don’t want to make anything at home. It’s also in a nice location. We will come again!

Been here many times and usually good. Tonight was my last, customer service is horrible and the pizza was garbage worthy in presentation. The attitudes from employees makes me never want to return. A few in our party came home sick.
