Don’t know what happened but the service was slower than I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Waited over an hour for our food. Had two different servers come out and continually tell us our food would be just another minute… for an hour. And once our food came, they disappeared like they just wrote off our table. Took asking twice to get our bill. Then they didn’t bother to tell us we had to go to the front to pay although we had the cc and bill on the edge of the table. Management needs to train the staff better. First and last time at this chain.

Very, very, very slow! We had to wait 10 minutes to sit down which wasn’t bad. But then we waited 15 minutes for a server to greet us and offer something to drink. Then another 15 minutes for the food to arrive with the drinks. All the while the manager was standing up front chatting with the host. We saw several parties get up and leave. They had kids who needed to eat. It was obvious the server was new because she didn’t know which tables were hers. We had to tell her customers were waiting in her area. She was nice but not trained or getting any help from the manager.

Arrived and was seated quickly. We ordered and received bread that was sent back because it was so hard we could not eat it. After an hour wait our food came out and we were informed that they had to send someone out to pick up turkey for our dinner. We took a bite and noticed the food was cold. After waiting for food to come out we couldn’t believe it wasn’t even hot. We did leave the restaurant without eating. We would have chosen another entree if we were given the option prior to waiting for an employee to go get turkey. My wife’s food was luke warm and undercooked. She ordered breakfast items. However our server, Raven was good and very nice

Took my family there for Breakfast like around 11:15 AM. It was a bit busy but we waited to be seated, once we got our table we proceeded to place our order. order never came out. It was almost 1:00 PM and never got the food. I was so furious and frustrated for the whole incident. I think the waitress just did not take us as a priority since we were Latino, we could just wait til she felt like. I love the food there but I felt discriminated so badly today. Manager did not even apologize or anything, nor did she offered any compensation for such terrible service. My two kids were so hungry but also so upset about the situation. Sorry to say but if you are Hispanic or Latino this is not the place for you to eat.

This is a good Bob Evan’s location. I’ve been here for breakfast and dinner multiple times. The staff is always friendly and polite. The prices are also some of the lowest around compared to other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend their Rise and Shine burger. The patty was cooked and seasoned well. The eggs, bacon, beef patty, and hasbrown all complemented each other very well. My wife got the southwest avacado chicken. The chicken was very juicy, but it could’ve used more seasoning and salt. The chicken noodle soup was tastless. I don’t recommend it. Overall this location is good and I will gladly go there again.

Unfortunately, this time was a very bad experience. the serve and host was very nice but the service was no service. Under staffed I upstanding but waiting over 30 mins just for coffee is extreme. Ordered our food and waited and hour no food had arrived . Restaurant still kept seating people. Went up to cancel my order which would have been about $30 but the cashier Saif okay don’t worry about we will cancel it , like it was nothing when it’s a problem.

We waited ten minutes for a table which was just fine. But then we waited for thirty minutes with four kids at the table and no one showed to take our drinks. We all knew what we wanted and hadn’t gotten a greeting yet. This was Monday and not busy for them. We were told by one of their employees we chased down eventually for a high chair, “I’m sure you’ll see someone eventually,” about fifteen minutes in and after another fifteen after that we left. I still don’t know which one was my waiter(tress).

This was my first time ordering from Bob Evans. I was excited but disappointed after getting the meal. Maccorni and cheese was burnt. Chicken fried steak was burnt. Everything had a burnt taste. Also the ice tea tasted sour. Total bummer.

The sausage was overcooked and the pancakes were undercooked. Our waiter was very polite and he made sure we had everything we needed. It was also too cold inside to sit and enjoy a meal.
