A wonderful, pet friendly, brand new Chick-fil-A restaurant. The outdoor seating was impressive. It even has a kids play area inside. Sparkling clean bathrooms. Staff was super friendly and on par with all Chick-fil-A restaurants. Highly recommend!

This new Chick-fil-A needs to be a lot bigger… As far as seating goes. We had to eat in our car because there was not enough room to sit. The food was wonderful as usual. Also the “My Pleasure” crew are always so friendly. The drive thru set-up is great.

Stopped in on our way home from vacation. I like stopping in at Chick fli a because I know we will leave with a fresh n hot correct order. Our family of 5 was let down when we picked up our mobile order. Pickles on sandwiches despite no pickle selected and even labeled as no pickle. Only got a couple sauces vs what we had actually selected and asked for.

We went through the drive through. I ordered a C 12 count nugget meal with a large lemonade. I liked in the bag and noticed the box was a little small, good thing I did, it was an 8 count. They took those back, dumped them in a bigger box and must have only added 3 more because I ended up with 11 (didn’t know this until later). We left and about a mile down the road I take a sip of my drink and realize it was sweet tea, not the lemonade I ordered. So we go back. I go in, to be fair they were busy, but I let the girl know I got the wrong drink and she just looks lost. I think she was overwhelmed. I tell her I need lemonade, not the sweet tea they gave me. She finally gets it, and goes to her my lemonade. I get in the car, taste it, and it doesn’t taste like the lemonade I’m used to from here, it tastes artificial. I’m super disappointed. Usually whenever I’m on the road I know I can go to a Chick-fil-A, but this made me second guess that.

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A location several times now, and it has consistently impressed me. The exceptional service, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere make it deserving of a five-star review. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff members are always attentive, ensuring that each customer feels valued and taken care of. The menu offers a wide variety of mouthwatering options, and no matter what I choose, the quality and taste are consistently outstanding. Whether it’s their famous chicken sandwiches, crispy waffle fries, or refreshing lemonade, every bite leaves me thoroughly satisfied. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also worth noting; the dining area is always tidy, and the restrooms are immaculate. Furthermore, I appreciate Chick-fil-A’s commitment to exceptional ethics and community involvement. Their initiatives to support local charities and events make me proud to be a patron. Overall, my experiences at this Chick-fil-A have been consistently exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Stopped by the drive thru while traveling for my daughter. She really wanted waffle fries, but it was breakfast time and they weren’t being served and said they couldn’t make them.

Hands down the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Only two people tending to the register to take orders. Dining room is extremely small. Good suggestion would be for them to take the indoor playground out and expand seating. First table my family and I could find, was filthy and dirty. Had to wipe down table and chairs with baby wipes. Even with finding a table, I had to eat standing up because there was no room to sit. I even saw another family have to wipe down their table and even grab a broom and pan to clean the garbage from under it. Watched a few even get their orders and go eat in their cars. That tells me that this store probably doesn’t know how to deal with rush time crowds. Would definitely be nice if there was a condiment station to grab what you need. They definitely have the space for it but just don’t have it out for their customers. Bathrooms are nasty as well. This store location needs to make improvements (and this is coming from someone who worked at one many years ago).

Picked up a chicken sandwich + 4 piece chicken finger meal. Unfortunately, the chicken in both orders tasted like it was fried in very old grease, we could not finish either order because of the rancid taste. Otherwise, service etc. was up to the usual Chick-fil-a high standard.

My husband and I ate here on Saturday 5-13-23 in dinning room. Placed our order and sat down to eat. We noticed they locked the doors, because it was 9:00 when they brought our order out .My husband opened his chicken sandwich up and it was a half of breast with a piece of chicken hanging on the side of it. I got up to go get us refills on our cokes, and asked a girl working could I get a refill and she pointed to the drink machine, but it had a wide band closing it off. She said I don’t know let me ask someone. She asked a guy in the back, and he told her no they was closed. So I asked another girl in the dinning room cleaning could I not get a refill for my drinks. She looked at her watch and said no we are closed it was about 9:13 then. I told her I was going to call the manager, and I did on Monday 5-15-23 her name is Haley. Told her my story ,and she said they was closing down and putting everything away. I told her I was a paying customer in the dinning room wanting a refill, is this your policy not to let customers have refills when your in the restaurant closed. Haley said no I’m not saying it’s a policy ,I’m just telling you that the people were closing down. Well let me say this the coke machine was in plan site the only thing they had was a band connected to it keeping people out, which is crazy when you are closing. If your not going to let customers have refills on drinks after 9:00 place a sign or tell them before you take the money. Have a great day!
