For the past 3 years, this Marcos location honors ZERO coupons despite advertising. We order exactly what the company requires for the coupons and this location never allows or can explain why they cannot honor the coupon. It’s really frustrating when we pay over $50 for pizza when the company advertises deals and specials that they cannot seem to honor. We have tried now over 5 times and each time we end up paying full price with no explanation.

I ordered a Greek salad for delivery, as I have many, many tines in the past & they have always been excellent, NOT TODAY though. I honestly believe not 1 employee in this location would have eaten the DISGUSTING, BROWN, salad that I rec’d. I had to throw it out, it was awful. You all could have only been open for like maybe 2 hours….looked many days old. I did take a photo Suggest you check your lettuce status NOW, before you attempt to serve anyone else

Made an order and the wrong one was delivered. Was promised a new one and it came an hour and half later after we had to follow up and call on it. This location has gone down terribly. Our last 4 orders were wrong, incorrect, or missing something. No refund either. Just a credit. A lot of good that does since I don’t plan ever ordering here again.

Usually great, but recently terrible. 25% off first order placed on the app. This offer came in an email. I placed an order after downloading the app for $40. Typical for a couple of pizzas. When I arrive they tell me that they are on a new system and that discount cannot be had. I showed them the QR code and the coupon number. The manager said no way. I grabbed the pizzas back from my son and handed them back to the employee working the window.

Marcos is usually on top of the chain pizza stores, but today wasn’t a good day. They wouldn’t accept the 20% off code that they sent me! Had to be a pizza, not a pizza bowl even though on the email it showed a bowl in the picture of “Favorites” for the 20% off. Then they weren’t ready with my order when I showed up for pick-up. When I did get it, grease trickled out of the corner of the box and onto my truck seat. It was really greasy, even though I have ordered the same thing before with no problems. It was still delicious, but don’t know what changed. It did seem a little smaller portion as well. I will still order from this store, but will be conscience of this trip.

I tried to use my free cheesy bread email when I placed an order. The email link didn’t work, so we went and just ordered the meat lovers at the store. We explained the issue and tried to get the free bread in person. No can do, some excuse about others stores or something. The free bread email was from Ridge Rd store. This store doesn’t have the same specials as other Marco’s so when I try to order online I am constantly told not valid discount code. You have now sent me to a web address that doesn’t allow feedback for your store. It forwards me to place an online order. Thanks for nothing.

I’d never heard of Marco’s Pizza prior to visiting this location. Since discovering it I’ve gotten pizza from it around 10 times. Every time it’s great, and the cinnamon bites (or whatever they are called) are also delicious.

My favorite pizza chain. Ask for garlic butter crust and romasean (roma seasoning and parmesan cheese mixed) everywhere. It’s free and gives the whole pizza an extra layer of deliciousness.
