Tried the tan tan ramen, garden ramen, and edamame gyoza. After taking a bite of the gyoza, we both wished we’d ordered 12 instead of 6. They were incredible! Both styles of ramen were fabulous as well… the tan tan ramen broth was deeply rich, savory, and nutty. I appreciated the freshness and lightness of the garden ramen in contrast. Can’t wait to return to try the black garlic ramen as well!

You won’t regret ordering anything on this menu except for MORE! Phenomenal gyoza (it’s not the basic frozen gyoza other places offer, SO MUCH BETTER), ramen, and sake. The photos I took are from two days. The chef is very kind and genuinely cares about amazing food and fast service. Eat here – you will be coming back!

It’s weird to say that some of the best foods I’ve had have come out of a truck or trailer. With that said, if you want authentic Japanese recipes crafted with care, Senyo is a must try. Not a large menu, but for good reason. Focusing more effort on making a few dishes great, Senyos ramen is perfection. As a one man show, he is capable of making his food however he likes with no interruption from partners or employees and sometimes that’s exactly how it should be.

Found this gem during the Father’s Day storm this afternoon! DH wanted ramen and usual place was closed. Gave this a try and were blown away! We got both the black garlic ramen (DHs favorite) and the Tan Tan Ramen (DD and my favorite!). Go ahead and order extra meat in the ramens, you won’t be disappointed! Also get and order of 12 of the pot stickers the 3 of us ate our order of 6 in 10 seconds and definitely wanted more. Super excited to have this option in the neighborhood! Will order again soon!

I love the maze soba sooo much! The noodles are the perfect texture and the pork is tender juicy and so flavorful. The whole dish has all the right textures and bold flavors. I like mine spicy and it hits the spot!

I’ve tried just about every known ramen place in Portland, and I can tell you this is among the top 3 easily. I got the black garlic ramen and it was phenomenal. Broth is extra rich and creamy, noodles the perfect texture. Look forward to going back and trying more of the menu. And you can tell the chef is really passionate and cares about the food. If you like authentic Japanese ramen, definitely give this place a try. I don’t care if you aren’t close by, it would be worth the trip! 10/10 recommend.

Best ramen I’ve had in Portland! We ordered to-go, and experienced friendly and fast service. The tonkotsu black garlic ramen was so flavorful and delicious: mine had level 1 spice, and my husband had spice level 3 and really enjoyed it. I wish it came with an egg, but maybe that’s something we needed to request when ordering (it wasn’t clear on the menu). We also had an order of gyoza and wished we got the larger order size! We’re glad we went and will definitely be back!

The best Food Truck Ramen! So flavorful and delicious ! Really good portions! The are cover tables to eat outside and bathroom. Very recommended if you want some cozy and hearty food in Sellwood ❤️

Disappointed how the ramens turned out. It’s not a 5-star ramen. Portion is small for the price. The black garlic got little to none garlic flavor. Tan tan is just okay.
