So it was the first time I had the Veggie Shack burger and was pleasantly surprised. It was Vegan without the cheese and sauce. The burger itself lists the veggie ingredients as mushrooms, carrots, sweet potatoes, farro, quinoa. It came with pickles and onions on top. Next time ill customize it and add lettuce, tomato, and avocado. My daughter had the double Smoke Shack burger with cheese, and it looked amazing. She also ordered the spicy cheese fries, which didn’t look like much, but the red spice was hot! We got the non dairy chocolate custard at the end, and I will say it was tasty! However, you can see from the picture below, it was skimpy. No big deal, I didn’t need the extra sugar anyways. The Franklin location was nice and clean, no lines. I would have given 5 star to service, but they didn’t deliver it to us. They called our name to come get our order regardless of the number on our table. We survived. It was a pleasant lunch and I look forward to having that veggie burger again!

Loved that you can make your order on the tablet. It gives you time to check out the full menu without feeling rushed. The restaurant is clean and the service is great. My only complaint is the parking situation. The restaurant shares the parking lot with a near by hotel and on Saturday night finding parking can be a pain.

The food was fine, the service people were very nice. The only issue is the portion sizes for the price. The menu has no combos of any type to save money. Food portion sizes are the same as Steak n’ Shake, but at twice the price. For the price, they should be serving a lot more food to eat or lower prices to compete with other surrounding merchants if portion sizes are to remain as usual.

Got a solid shake burger and fries from shake shack. Very tasty. Kind of small. Prices a bit higher than I expected but for the taste I am not complaining. The ordering kiosks are intuitive and convenient. Parking is cramped here but we did find a spot up front. Overall I like the food and place and if I get the chance I have no issues going back for another meal.

Food was SO good, however it is very expensive. We paid $45 for two people for two burgers, two fries, and two drinks. Granted, we got sides of bacon/spicy cheese fries, but keep in mind the burgers don’t automatically come with fries so you have to add them regardless. Either way, the food was amazing, especially that bourbon bacon jam!

Shake Shack has never disappointed me. The food is cooked to perfection and stays warm or crispy the entire time you are eating. Although, it can be a little pricey. The food is worth the money you pay. The staff greeted me with kindness and told me to enjoy my meal. I appreciate the good service. I’m leaving happy and full.

It’s fast casual, which means you do all the work of service, including placing your order, but the prices are WAY high for what you get. I would rather go to Culver’s or steak and shake and pay half the amount for actual service. The employees were nice enough, this style of restaurant is just not for me when it costs this much.

Pretty good burgers but the price? Two burgers and fries with drinks 39$ I. A fast food setting is steep. Service was really great. The atmosphere, I sincerely didn’t like the music. But that’s me. The downgrade in star is for the price less for the atmosphere

My husband & I stopped to check out the new Shake Shack in Franklin. I won’t ever get a to-go meal there again. But 1st let me say the ingredients were very good. This restaurant has great potential, but they are being swamped with customers. The Chicken Sandwich has a beautiful filet with a tasty, crispy layer. The lettuce was useless for a 3 minute ride around the block to our house. The fries are crinkles which I love. They were cold. We knew they would be. We had a front row seat for 20 minutes at 11:00 in the morning. The fries were sitting under the warmer for at least 10 minutes at a time. Then the fries are put into your bag in an open container. There were 2 expeditors of food so everything came out at a snails pace. The cooks were totally rocking it! All the employees seemed hardworking & kind. The food didn’t make it home well, but their heart was in it. Hang it there Shake Shack!
