It’s been a week and i am STILL thinking about this meal!! True Blue has never disappointed- they are friendly and clean- but during my last visit i tried the cauliflower gyro. My goodness. Lightly breaded, so juicy, flavorful, and absolutely packed to the brim with veggies. The zesty lemon mayo sauce on it was unforgettable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you 🙂

The most amazing flavors. We had the chicken basmati entree and a lamb gyro, and a lovely side of cauliflower. The sauces were heavenly. The lamb perfection in taste and texture. The chicken basmati perfectly seasoned with a lemony sauce so fresh and delicious!! Hummus was so creamy, perfect with the warm pita and super crunchy chips. Even the salad was perfectly seasoned with oregano and maybe a little oil. And, the proprietor is so nice We will be back!!
