We have ordered pizza from here twice and both time we’ve had issues with our pizza. This last time the crust was like 3 inches thick! We had also ordered the ‘extra most bestest pepperoni’ but it barely had any pepperoni. We’ve learned our lesson and will not be ordering from here. We rather drive out to another location.

everything was fine and all until my father noticed a bit a hard piece on the 3 meat deep dish. upon closer inspection, it looked to be a frozen piece of meat, but not only that it had pieces of hair to it. unfortunately it made us have to toss away the deep dish and made us lose our appetite.

About a month ago I ordered here same pies 1 detroit deep dish and 1 hawaiin, Middle was raw, undercooked. This time i ordered 2 pies again just giving them a 2nd chance and same result raw/undercooked. Might as well sell the dough ♀️ everyone is commenting how they waited 1 hour. Horrible. No pizza ready when we got there. We ordered 2 extra most bestest. Told us it would be 7-10 min for a pizza. At 20 minutes, I asked why my pizzas were taking so long. Worker answered back, because we put yours in the wrong place and some one bought them. He goes in the back, grabs two pizzas. The cashier came out with an attitude and handed my son the pizzas. We get home, BOTH pizzas were under cooked, the cheese was hardly melted, the dough was not cooked in the middle. The pizza was trash. Looks like sandwiches for dinner tonight. Absolutely ridiculous.

Both pizzas were burnt and the stuffed crust pizza WAS NOT stuffed at all. Also tasted no sauce on the pizza and when I took the cheese off for my daughter because she doesn’t like it there was no sauce underneath the pizza so that confirmed it.

My order pick up was estimated for 5:36pm-5:41pm and I didn’t get my pizza until 40 minutes after 5:41pm. I just ordered one pizza! And there was hardly an apology aside from “ya, sorry bout that”. Go to another location or another chain if you don’t want to waste your time
