Food was fine. It’s Jimmy Johns so it’s basically the same everywhere. Wish I could say the same for the service. Guess it’s too hard to take orders AND make them correctly. Check your orders if you order more than one sandwich (should probably check it if you only order). Two out of our 5 subs were wrong.

Excellent service! We went through the drive-thru on a Saturday during lunch time. They made a mistake on a sandwich and when I went in to get a replacement, they immediately made me a new sandwich. It was very quick, everyone was very friendly, the food was great!

I arrived to Jimmy Johns today much like I have for the past several weeks for my daily order of the Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. When I first met the Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich my heart fluttered and my tastebuds soared to a new height. It was the best day of my life. One day, I even ate two. But today….today it was different. I could tell by the overcast sky that a change was coming. When I placed my order, I was told that the sandwich was NO LONGER AVAILABLE and that it was A TEMPORARY SANDWICH….a temporary sandwich. Is that even allowed? My heart began to pound and I could feel sweat beads dispersing themselves on my clammy face. Time stood still for what seemed like hours. I focused on my breathing and was able to bring myself into a clear headspace to place a new order. I received my sandwich and unfortunately the bread was burnt and it just felt like it was missing the love that came with the Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. If the Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich is not brought back, I fear I will become a shell of a human.

Horrible online ordering service. Received almost everything wrong on a simple 1 regular sandwich order that cost over $13 excluding the tip I added. Then tried to get it fixed and spent over half an hour on the phone to be told I would get it free however they didn’t have my correct order number in their system, so it really wasn’t free

After checking with several sub establishments Jimmie John’s was the only ones willing to cater a business lunch of 30 and deliver! The subs were good, great presentation, on time delivery, and awesome customer service. Good JOB to the Elkhorn, NE JJ’s!

Jimmy John’s is my favorite place to get subs and sandwiches. They have so many options, but I always get the #9, which is sooo good. They even have gluten free options, wrapping your sandwich in lettuce instead of packing it into a bun.
