Very small inside but does have outdoor seating… The food was very good and our waitress was absolutely wonderful… No alcohol, but beer was available… they had my Twisted Tea so I was good to go. Would definitely recommend… we went mid afternoon, was busy, but cleared out quickly and they were definitely getting ready for a Dinner crowd as it was Friday Night Fish Fry!

Wow!! First time here and I am blown away!! Service was fantastic! From our waitress, dishwasher and cook. I had the pot roast burger, my bf had the crab bisque. Amazing!!! We will definitely ne back every chance we get!!!

We traveled up to Louie’s for the steak night and we were not disappointed. A great deal with a delicious steak. It’s a great stop before or after you visit the meat market. It’s a destination for a Thursday meal out.

Our server said, “these fries may be the best in Cumberland.” My sister and I were skeptical, having lived in the city for years. But sure enough, the fries that accompanied my chili burger were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and delish.

We stopped in early afternoon. Had never been there before. Quite noisy. Food was decent but the presentation was erratic. Wife got a fancy chicken sandwich served in a basket on a regular bun which disintegrated and needed to be eaten with utensils which was difficult with a paper liner in a basket. Should be served on a plate and with a brioche bun. I got a plate, but third person also got a basket. Need to use plates. Waitress never returned or asked how food was and failed to clear any dishes. Doubt we will go back.

Fish was good, but the cold under baked potato took away from enjoying a nice meal. The brat burger I had was mediocre at best. More business than the restaurant could handle. I don’t think we will go back.

My mom & I made our first visit to louies on the lake & I have one word for the service & food….PHENOMENAL!!!! UGH we ordered the paiseno bites for our appetizer & they were beyond flavorful. The outside was crisp, they weren’t greasy, the mixture of cheeses & sausage inside was full of flavor & the cheese had the perfect touch of nuttiness. I ordered the new Philly steak & cheese pizza for my meal & it was incredible. The proportions were perfect. I loved the fresh peppers, the onions were done perfectly & the sauce was not over powering. It was absolutely wonderful. My mother had the Reuben sandwich & she said it was one of the best that she has ever had. The sandwich was juicy but the bread outside was crisp to perfection. We will continue to eat there & if you haven’t tried them out, you should. I think the prices are perfect for the quality of food that your receiving. The staff was very kind. Friendly & very attentive. Bravo

We went for steak night and the food and service was great. We where going to sit outside but rain was threatening. We where sat by unruly kids with parents that did nothing about them, so the atmosphere was a little unpleasant. Wish they had more room to separate the two types of guests. I know it is not their fault. We had reservations and I would recommend that if there would be more then two dining.

We have eaten breakfast here twice. We enjoyed our food. However, the service is unusually slow for breakfast. In addition, the only time we saw waitstaff both times was when they were dropping the food off. They forgot out drinks and we asked two different staff for more water and neither brought any. It’s a bummer. We like the food but service is poor.
