This place is run so terribly. We love regina pizza but we honestly cant come here anymore. The pizza is very inconsistent and the service is so bad. They had us waiting almost an hour for a plain cheese pizza. We used to love getting our pizza here every week now we will not bother again. Run your business better and you wont loose loyal customers.

Let me start off with saying I love Regina- the food, the brand, been a fan for years. This is NOT Regina. Don’t go here. The pizza is trash, they basically threw the Regina name on a piece of trash corner store. The pizza is really bad and the employees are worse. This could be the current worst pizza in Beverly. Be warned- don’t even chance it. Guaranteed trash pizza. Regina… close this location instead of pumping out this garbage, it’s damaging to your name.

Went In to try this place for the first time. I will never be back. I am in the industry and I was shocked at the price I just had to pay! With that being said your counter staff needs to stop touching her hair and touching food. If I had a dollar for how many times she touched her hair it would have paid for my pizza. Learn customer service and teach these people please thanks you for coming and to stop touching their hair.
