The person ( African American kid) that packed our food was so dismissive, he would not acknowledge anyone around him and when I asked for condiments, he replied ” what’s that?!?” I asked for 2 ranch and one zesty sauce which he was so quick to inform me that he would have to charge me for the 3rd one, I then informed him that I have 3 meals with 2 fries and one onion ring and I was just asking one dipping sauce for each, which he continued to say that i would be charged for the 2nd one with no additional words in his conversation, making it feel like I was bothering him. Fast forward to when I got home, he had packed our food incorrectly, no onion rings in sight , he was that disconnected that even after I mentioned that I had onion ring order in the bags that he packed, he never put 2 and 2 together. I was so furious, I called the store but with no answer from their end, I hung up and carried on with my day. It’s experiences like this that make them loose customers.

Every Burger King in Las Vegas has been a disappointment. This one I had a gift card, so that’s the sole reason I visited on Nov 23, 2022 at 6:45pm. We did our order, and the card reader seemed to have problems. It wouldn’t read it. The kid was helpless and I asked if he could type the number in. He tried, but with no avail. I asked the manager, and he was pretty helpless too. He said it’s my problem and the card is faulty. He didn’t give any solution, and when I asked if he could type it it especially being the manager, he said he doesn’t know how.

Everytime I’ve come here they screw up my order. I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with onion rings n a coke. I get in the car n they gave me fries. I go back in n they give me onion rings. I get home n they gave me a chicken sandwich Jr. This isn’t the first time they screwed up my order. I guess there’s a language barrier with the ppl taking the orders.

First you didn’t give me a reciept. I shouldn’t have to ask for one. Second, when I got home I saw that you didn’t give me 1 of the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches I paid for. Third, when I call this number to tell you I want a refund next time I’m on that side of town, the number is disconnected. Unbelievable.

The manager is a joke. I came in time for breakfast. I get to the menu to order my breakfast. I get told to wait a minute. By the time they get back, I ask for breakfast and they said breakfast is over. I call to complain to the manager. He starts yelling at me over the phone. Completely rude. I ask for corporate and he says it is all online. I’ll get the corporate number from another location and let them know.

Cold fries. Rude staff. Stingy with condiments. Wouldn’t let customers use the restroom, but staff clearly used the restrooms. Ignored all attempts to remedy any of these issues. Called regional management and was told they would call back and 48+ hours later, they have not. Going to step up to corporate headquarters.

I rarely go to Burger King anymore . It has gone down hill for years . I really only get the Bacon King now . I have never liked the Whooper . I went today for National Chicken Day because on the App you got a free Chicken Sandwich with $3 purchase . I have been wanting to try the new Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich . A long time ago my son and I used to get the original chicken sandwich that is like a sub , but they are too greasy now .
