This place is under staffed. I went in for lunch. There were some construction workers in front of me that had already ordered. Three ladies at the counter said ” give me just a minute and I will be right with you. I stood back. With the construction workers. I wasn’t in any hurry. The ladies are very inpatient and turned and left. One of the workers turned to me and said.. we already ordered and they have only been here a couple minutes. I said. I’m not in any hurry. I’ll let her get caught up. She also had “Door Dash orders” which in my opinion is a big mistake for restaurants. There were 3 door dash orders that sat there the entire time I was there. Now. Cold Wendy food… Yuck plus they are paying to have it delivered. Oh goodness. Now, back to me. The kind construction workers got their orders and Door dash orders were placed in the bin. I let the nice lady know that I almost fell coming in the door. It was raining and there was no rug in the entrance and its tile was slick as ice. She said she has mentioned this to the owners before. What a shame.. so I placed my order after we got a caution sign out. I got nice hot fries and was on my way. Thank you

Has anyone had issues with getting refunds for orders placed through the app??? For instance: You went to go pick up the order and you were told they were out of the item that you paid for and weren’t given a refund. I’m thinking of starting a class action lawsuit against them for them thieving customers.

They messed up my order big time. I even asked the woman if she would like me to repeat my order to her she said no closed the window and got my food, opened it and handed me part of it, and made me pull forward. I ended up waiting a good 10 minutes before having to go in and get my food and ice cream. I showed them I was missing 3 burgers, and I didn’t get any ice cream. Eventually, they made it right, and the food was amazing. There are only 2 bad people in that place. Everyone else is amazing.

Staff was arguing over whose chicken nuggets got dropped in the fryer.. acting very unprofessional and ignorant.. wonder how this place is even open it’s like a bunch of clowns at a circus. Terrible. I was told to pull up to 3rd window, only car in drive thru at 9pm by the way, so I did. Food came out with a person playing a game on their phone and not paying attention. I said I was missing a drink and they responded with “ok I got you”. 3 minutes later still no drink so I just leave. That person was playing a game and smoking by the door. Can’t even get a $5 biggie bag right lol

When the inside is open(very rare) staff is extremely slow and only place there focus on drive through neglecting the dine in customers, I even seen a what looked to be somebody’s 7 yr. Old kid doing dishes and running loose in the kitchen on multiple occasions !SMH

The main cashier stands around and walks in circles. When taking my order asks for my name. I say Anthony. She has put Tony every time. Today I asked for large size. They gave me Jr size items. I pay extra and it says large heard them holler for large fries and drink. Every service is super sticky. Half the drinks were out of order.

Wendy’s has changed it’s take on getting spicy or crispy chicken on its salads and you can only get GRILLED chicken. I ordered spicy and extra spicy chicken and I never got it or was even informed you could not get the spicy or crispy chicken on the salads.i spoke to a manager and she replaced it. They need to inform customers or put a sign out to tell customers not when the customer gets home they don’t get what they order.
